Delivered on time, but packaging box was ripped open at the top which exposed the contents. After taking several photos, I opened the box completely and found no damage or missing parts. Very pleased with the fit and finish, bench came about 95% assembled. Five minutes later I had it fully assembled and tested. After my first workout this morning I took my old 'less-than-adequate' bench to the curb. This new bench is very well designed and made, makes set-up for various exercises a breeze. The manual is in 5 languages, but is very brief and useful mostly for assembly or to order parts, if needed. It has an g-mail address for questions or service.

After several months of going to a gym to lift, I decided to build up my home gym to do my workouts primarily at home. After much research I decided to order this bench, and I am not disappointed in my purchase. It comes ready to use right out of the box and it’s very sturdy and comfortable. It’s also easy to adjust if you want to raise the back or seat. The fabric on the bench is well made and I think it would take a lot to damage it. I’m very happy with this bench and I’d recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable, at home gym bench option.

Love it! The only thing I didn’t like is the lower setting was way to low for me but it’s perfect if I use a hard yoga block to adjust height.I love that it’s light and doesn’t take up too much space to store.

I really like this bench a lot. It gets the job done for what I want and need and considering I dont have much space to work with at the moment, the bench being able to fold up and put away is a bonus. The bench is sturdy and strong and lastly it comes completely assembled. All you have to do is take it out of the box and put the pins in place and you are ready to go. The foot thing is optional and not completely necessary.

I ordered this adjustable workout bench based on the good reviews. The bench is sturdy, well built, lite and enjoyed my first workout in my living room. Best of all, I was able to fold and store under my bed. It measures about eight inches thick folded. Very portable. One item to keep in mind, the back board(the part that tilts up) measures at 28 inches and my torso including my head is about 31 inches. So my head is a couple of inches over the back board, I still have support. If this isn’t an issue during your workout, then any height over 5’5”will work. Comes in the box fully assembled and all is needed is two pins to secure in place. This work out bench is perfect for me.

I purchased this bench for home workouts. I did not need anything extravagant. This bench was priced right and offers a great value. I have been using it daily for two weeks and it is functional, sturdy and well made. Adjustments are easy and when the workout is done it can be easily tucked out of the way. Very happy with this purchase and can recommend this product.

This weight bench is a solid purchase. It can fold up easily to reduce space. It is very stable and easy to put together. Took me a couple of minutes and I am not the handiest! Have been trying to shake up my weight program and this seems to be doing the trick.

Decline is terrible, the rest of the options work good. Good bench but decline is one setting that is way too steep. Ok for sit ups not lifting
