This is a large gel ice pack that stays cold for a long time. It straps well over the shoulders with the included Velcro. It is big enough to ice the whole upper portion of your back and neck, and I have also used it for lower back/ hip pain by laying it flat on the beg and laying on top of it. The ice pack it pretty thick and has material on one side so there is a barrier against your skin.

Is a wonderful product! It hugs around your shoulders well and connects well so that it does not move around a lot. It holds the heat well and the cold. You can do either or. The product is well-made!

As expected, the major innovation in this product is in the shape; it really does cover a large area. The cooling material is otherwise the same as material we've been seeing for the last 20+ years. First out of the freezer it's a bit stiff and sits uncomfortably, and just when it starts to get comfortable, the cooling wanes. The full coverage is what drew us to the product, and if cold is what relieves your pain, this product will help with pain relief. The quality seems fine, but time will tell. Pricing is comparable to its competition online. I didn't feel like it was a great value nor did I feel like they were trying to squeeze me more than other products.

This is a must in every household. I love how I can walk around with it on. It has good coverage of the upper back and neck. Appreciate the design with the stitching that helps hold and distribute the gel evenly. The material is very durable and strong. I have had other ice packs that were very flimsy. This one has a thick amount of gel so it holds its cold for the full amount of time (30min+) and distributes it evenly. The Velcro straps work well for both the front and the sides. For the neck, you just need to sit with your head back. The cold distributes nicely without getting too cold. I have lots of shoulder neck and back pain and this product really helps relieve the pain with having full coverage of the areas. I haven’t tried with heat. Will review once I do. It rolls and folds up nicely to fit in the freezer.

The size and coverage area are good for me, i am a bit petite though. It gets cold relatively quickly, especially for how big it is ( faster than some much smaller ice packs I have). It stays cold for a decent ( long enough) amount of time. I think a large person migjt find it not as big as they want, but maybe not. I think it likely is adequate size for most people though. The straps help hold it in place so you can walk around or sit up without having to hold it in place which was a main selling point for me. I have neck, shoulder, and back problems. The size and shape make it a good option for me. Provides coverage of my multiple problem areas at one time while allowing me to get up without having to hold my ice pack in place or leave it behind.

This is decent for the upper back and the straps hold well, but it does not hold it tightly to your back unless you lean up against something or lay down.

This has been very helpful for my shoulder pain. It wraps around both shoulders and i don’t have to worry about you falling off.

It works really well and lasts a long time. It fits kinda funny around the neck, not terrible. It is good quality and a great value for the money.

For the most part I like this product- I will do" a work around" with regards to the collar anchor. Much too tight around my neck when I use button fastner . It should have been an adjustable velcro system allow for the varying size of necks. Right now with this tight retention fastening it gets close to a choking feeling. I also agree that it loses the coldness rather fast, but it is good while it lasts.
