Actual improvements
I've taken generic multiple vitamins before and had stopped because they didn't really seem to do anything. This time I actually looked up reviews and bought this one. After a month of taking it, I actually feel and see improvements.I do have more energy. But I think even more than that (because so many factors come into play with energy levels) I noticed that for the first time ever in my life, I've been able to grow my nails out without them just breaking or ripping. Usually they are cut down practically to the quick, because I just have no choice. But it's been 2 weeks of constantly washing hands (healthcare work) and some other tasks that usually would have ruined my nails and they are still nice.

This multivitamin is awesome! I feel a light boost of energy and clear headedness when I take it. I had a bad experience with women's 1-a-day so I am happy to have this on hand. Super pleased.

Still Reviewing
The product is easy to swallow and it's not too big. It's being used on my sister so I'm not sure exactly what to expect since I'm not the one using the product and I don't know what to look for from my sister. It's given to her for nutritional and health purposes because she won't do it herself

My medication conflict with alot of vitamins. So I was very happy to find this multivitamin that just had good nutritious ingredients.

Good product, poor delivery times
I have a subscription for this vitamin and it always ships to me after I’ve run out of the vitamins. It’s a consistent issue and I try to manage the delivery date, but it doesn’t usually allow me to get it too much sooner. Very disappointing because I like the vitamins.
