Excellent quality, I would definitely buy from the seller again
Excellent condition, you would not know this was a "previously owned" phone. No scratches chips or dings and the packaging was flawless for keeping it that way. Powered right up and no issues with set up. Simply had to pop down to my local t-mobile store to have them transfer over my files and sim card and we were off to the races. The 9 Pro itself is solid. I had to replace my LG Velvet as LG stopped pushing updates for their phones, and the difference in battery life is immediate. A single charge takes less than 40 minutes and lasts more than 8 hours messaging over text, Discord and listening to streaming music. Connectivity to 5G is also improved which is important as I live quite rural and rely on the hotspot to connect other devices. The camera too is impressive, crystal clear and the default editing options available are intuitive and easy to tweak without blowing out the picture one way or the other. I had the option to grab the new Oneplus 11, but I decided against spending the extra $400 and I'm happy with that choice. Fingers crossed this lasts me a good few years, and I will be happy to get another phone from this seller when it comes time to upgrade again.

OnePlus enthusiast, I would totally recommend
2026 Just got was factory wiped to Android 12 (OOS12) in great condition, battery was 100% dead but with 65 watt charging brick it was fully charged in 32 minutes! I was very happy about the charging speed. I always use the TPU screen protection not the Tempered Glass ones, I am a screen destroyer and I can stand by the TPU screen protection they have saved many screens for me! I ordered and got the phone the next day which was nice, I paid for fast shipping but still had expected 2 or 3 days. So hats off to the shipping department on the speed! If I notice anything I will come back and edit the review. But battery life looks to be like new, the phone condition looks like new! I would have to say I would buy from them again. [After about a month using] I absolutely love this device, the battery life went a little wonky on me, turned out to be a glitch with OOS 14, but after I got it figured out I am getting 20~24 hours of stand-by time (keep in mind I have many apps running in background) and I also get 2~4 hours SOT on a normal day. So it is an all day device 100% [Random thoughts] I went through each OTA update, as I stated the OnePlus 9 pro came with OOS 12, and with each OTA I tried it out for a day or two and wrote down notes about each, just in case I ran into issues and wanted to roll back and stop at a certain OTA. I am currently running OOS 14 non rooted & bootloader still locked. I normally would have rooted my device already but using Shizuku and WiFi ADB has been fine, this way I don't have to deal with key-box issues and my tap to pay and Google RCS works without xposed & magisk patches. I use Adguard for adblocking (which works amazing BTW, although hard to set-up correctly for some) and Revanced Manager patched apps! The phone itself is extremely durable and I would highly recommend this device skipping the 10 & 11 & 12 series! Watch jerryRigEverything on YouTube about any device before purchase. [Camera] This takes great pictures I have been looking through G-Cams apps I have not found that perfect match just yet, so still using the Oxygen Camera app as of now, I will edit in future

Very fast, very smooth, pretty much the best value for money if you get it under 450
The you shouldn't expect the 1+ warp charger so make arrangements for it or at least keep you're expectations low other than that, fantastic phone. I got very lucky to have a very good seller bought a 'good condition ' version looks new no scratches anywhere or dents only problem might be battery but I'm still testing that but for the price I can't complain. I'm more than satisfied.

Absolutely NOT "renewed".
Pros: purchased as amazon Renewed. Exterior/case/screen was in great cosmetic shape. Good price and fast shipping. Easy return process with Amazon, THANK YOU for that. It was worth a shot. Cons: When powered on, the screen had the most hardcore burn-in I've ever seen. 3/4 of the screen was burned-in pink (from T-Mobile?) and the top half had ghost images of icons. Absolutely worthless garbage. not any quality control. It was really disappointing, it was described as: "This pre-owned or refurbished product has been professionally inspected and tested to work and look like new." Not even close.

This company inspects their devices very well.
Ok so This is an honest review and you can check my other reviews as well I am very blunt when it comes to reviews. Anyways I just purchased a Oneplus 9 Pro from this small business. And I must say the price is unbeatable with the current market whether it’s Facebook Marketplace or Offerup or even Ebay. This store has not only this phone but others aswell which I noted to be cheaper than the market. Coming back to the point, The phone I bought from this company is amazing and excellent condition my 8th oneplus till date. The battery life is excellent the hardware is excellent the speed is superb. The functionality is just mind blowing. The only thing I wish they provided was the 65W charger which is the actual charger that comes with it. They gave a 30W charger.

I absolutely love it. It's was a bargain, thank God I bought this instead of a Chinese knock off i25 with false specs.

Poor updates and support. Do not upgrade to android 12 on this phone!!!!!
1/26/22 I will update this review if this gets fixed. Applied the latest update and have not had carrier service since. While searching online I found that OnePlus releases glitchy patches all the time. It's been two days and this is simply unacceptable from such a large and well known company. Other than this the phone is very speedy and well made. I was really loving this phone until the latest update to android 12. There was a patch available on day 2 that seemed to fix this at first. I found out later while at work where I would usually have an excellent signal there was none.
