These gummies taste yummy and work very well. I always get a good night sleep after taking one or two. My kids and husband also started taking them. These are a subscription for us. One thing to note sometimes through delivery the gummies melt loose their shape and start to stick together.

These were good and tasty but I needed to switch to a different magnesium supplement (glycinate & malate). I liked that they were vegan & they arrived pretty quickly once ordered. If I had to go back to citrate, I'd use this again.

I used this product for about 5 months and was very happy. I got one batch that wasn't quite as good as the rest but customer service took care of me so I am pleased.

These are delicious & help me sleep. I look forward to taking my 2 gummies every night

Sorry for this horrible review!I MUST take magnesium, every.single.day, for the ongoing cramps that I get in my quads (thighs).Trust me: the cramps that I get in my calves, shins, fingers, toes, stomach muscles, knees, and the tops of my feet are NOTHING compared to the horrible pain that I must endure, for up to 20 minutes sometimes, when I have the pleasure of getting a cramp in my left or right quad!These magnesium pills stick together in a large gummy clump at the bottom of this jar while inside the closed bottle. (strike number 1) and even though I take 2 at night and 2 in the morning, I still get quad cramps.Yes... I drink lots of water. and yes... I keep pickle juice and quinine pills near me and I keep a little jar of mustard on my headboard. and yes, I drink tonic water. (if anyone knows of any other remedies, aside from drinking ACV or putting that useless foam on the OUTSIDE of my body (topical remedy) please PLEASE suggest it to me! =)These pills aren't strong enough for me.I have learned, from many years of excruciating bouts of pain, that I cannot live without my dark brown bottle w/yellow and green labels from a popular big box store.I'd LOVE to be able to return these vitamins and get my $$$ back -- but since I've received several bottles through the "subscribe and save" method, I'm past my return window. (I AM handing them off to a friend who doesn't have to deal with body cramps due to being a gastric bypass/plastic surgery patient.

First order we had was a great gummy, second order we got they are dried out and my kids said they tasted different which I agree. Not sure we will order again if each batch is different.

I've been taking the cherry flavor for several months now. They definitely help keep me regular and don't get stuck in my teeth like some other gummy supplements. As others have mentioned, the gummies do tend to stick together in a clump, but the small effort of pulling them apart is no big deal compared to the greater advantage of having a sugar-free, keto-friendly, easy-to-chew-and-swallow supplement that works. I'm so glad to have found this product, taking gummies is much easier than struggling with pills.
