Can you fit a quart can into this?

Only put an inch or two in the bottom. Dab it on the bottom to load up the brush, then wipe off the excess and paint away. Then you can use the magnet to hold the brush with out flooding it with paint up to the handle. 1 US quart = 32 US fluid oz, and this is a 32 fl oz container.

Does this come with the disposable liner, or it needs to be purchased separately? thx

Liners are NOT included...I purchased ten of them in addition to the paint pail.

Are these stackable? Can you put one inside the other for storage purposes?

No, you can’t. On the other hand the liners can be perfectly stored inside the pail, which protects them from breaking or deforming. I wrote my original review many years ago, and I still love these pails, use them as highly recommend them.
