Nice headrest for the Leap V2
Great quality, takes a little effort to mount it to a Steelcase Leap V2 like others have said. I went the same route, 2 x 3"x1/4" bolts (hex head), 4x 1/4" fender washers, 4x 1/4" lock washers, 4 x 1/4" regular washers and two wing nuts. What I was missing from the other posts was how to attach it to the back rest. If you stand behind your leap, one foot on the base, you can grab the back pad just above the lumbar selector, lift it towards the ceiling and it'll slide right off the back seat shell fairly easily giving you access to put your bolts through from front of chair toward the back. I used a 7/16" drill bit and threaded the bolts through to keep it all nice and tight. Good luck

Much Needed Support
I bought a few of these for both personal use and for my church. My church has some Tempur-Pedic T8000 chairs and I have some Steelcase Leap v1 chairs. After toying with several ideas, I managed to mount them with clamps and they provide excellent head support. For the Tempur-Pedic, I used large C-clamps (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B097KC1CMH/). The clamps had to put on the back rest and slide towards the middle first. Then screw the headrest onto the clamps. (Clamps also sold as pairs). For the Steelcase Leap, I used a smaller C-clamp (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B096Z2W9KF/) with some rubber pads for furniture (www.amazon.com/PRIME-LINE-Heavy-Duty-Anti-Skid-Plastic-MP75844/dp/B08GNQLF1T/). The rubber feet were attached via short screws and nuts to the top of the clamp. The clamp was put onto the chair backrest on the plastic part only.In both cases, I used 1/4"-20 screws with socket cap head and 1" length to connect the clamp and headrest. For the rubber pads, I used some misc short screws and nuts.

Not quite as pictured & no hardware, but still the winner.
The product image is different than what was received, though the pics in buyer reviews are accurate. The actual headrest has a more curved profile, which is what I wanted. I also needed one that does not have a button to press to adjust the height, since that button would prevent me from attaching the headrest as low on the chair back as I want. Mine did not have the defect issue that one reviewer's posted video shows. This does not come with hardware. I have seen this exact model for sale on a global industrial website that does include hardware, but it may or may not be the screw length you need, since that depends on the thickness of your chair back. The "pilot" hole in the headrest itself fits a #12 or 1/4" or 6M screw or bolt (the threads of the screw will only be digging into the chair itself and just "passing" through the headrest, so the hole you drill on the chair back will be smaller). In other words, you really just need a partially-threaded screw/bolt, if you want to be fancy. The space for the HEAD of the screw/bolt is 10mm (a AAA battery fits inside just right, for reference). It won't be hard to find a bolt/screw that fits, if you don't mind it not being black. Since I am a perfectionist and am modifying a $700 chair, I want to get the perfect hardware. From what I have researched, I believe a self-rolling/self-forming trilobal screw made for plastic (since my chair is plastic) is what I need. Turns out they are hard to find in the length I need in packages of less than 500pcs! I finally found a small pkg on Amazon, but not in black...

Comfortable and Solid, with one minor flaw
This is quite comfortable and was easy to attach to the back of my new Serta Big Boy chair. The attachment was solid, just make sure you choose an appropriate screw length and you should be able to attach this to most all executive chairs with a full back. The entire piece is plastic, from the mounting point to the stem, which is quite solid, however the clip that "locks the height" fails miserably to function in any capacity. For me, it simply rests on top of the chair, which is a perfect height. For you tall drinks of water, expecting it to stay UP at the highest detent, forget it, it will simply slide down as the clip "locking" the height simply doesn't "lock" at all. For me, perfect, exactly what I needed. For those of you requiring it to stay at maximum height might be able to Jerry-Rig it given its plasticized nature. Enjoy!

Excellent Quality and good value...with a fatal flaw.
I was impressed with the quality and value of this Taiwan produced headrest. Installation was easy with the supplied mounting screws that had been pretreated with Blue Locktite. I mounted it to my matching Lorell LLR 86205 High Back Executive Chair without any problem. The headrest has plenty of adjustment vertically and has the ability to rotate for best support of the neck and head. However, it has a fatal flaw that limits its usability. It cannot adjust horizontally. In every possible combination of height or rotation, the headrest remained 2" too far to the rear to provide support for my head or neck. I am 6'4" 260 lbs. It seriously needs a means of adjustment further forward...that its design lacks. Were it to have forward adjustment...it would be a five-star product.

Modified My Own Chair With This
I used this for a Big and Tall mesh back chair that I have had for a year or so, that does not come with a headrest. That was the only thing I did not like about my chair, it has a mid back style and I have nothing to lean back and rest my head on.Well, now I do!I used the headrest to make marks on the plastic rim on the back of my chair then slowly increased my drill's bit size until the holes were just a bit smaller than the supplied bolts. Then used the supplied allen wrench to start the threads into the plastic. Put the headrest in place and screwed the bolts all the way in. You may need a spacer where the screws go into your chair, depending on the thickness of the plastic you are putting the bolts in.Very happy gamer now!

Does not include required hardware
It doesn't include any nuts to fasten down the bolts. They can't possibly expect metal threads (bolts) to plastic backing to hold securely. You need to purchase nuts to install this correctly
