The iron is light and manoeuvrable, it irons forwards and backwards. It wizzes through the ironing, including 100% cotton bedding and shirts. The handle is kind to hands. Steam function very effective. You have to shut the plastic cover where the water goes in or it drips. Great iron that has speeded up the ironing and gives an excellent result for little effort.

Nothing fancy , just a good basic steam iron. Copes with all my laundry just fine. Fairly lightweight which I prefer . Good price . Only criticism I'd that perhaps the cable could have been a little longer, I just use a small extension as my socket is a bit too far.

Excellent value for money and steams clothes better than my steamer! Glides easily, irons perfectly and is super practical and functional. Excellent heat variations and durable.

Used a few times only yet but I was amazed how light the iron is , good amount of steam, heats up very fast 💨, so far so good 😊

Love this iron. Lighter and cheaper than my usual ones. Does the job

This is the up to date version of my previous iron. It's a bit lighter & I like the bigger water tank. I found that it glides well (so did the previous version so no improvement here despite all the claims of the new sole) & it irons very well on the lower of the 2 steam settings, I didn't find any need to move to the higher one on my pretty ordinary pile of ironing. BUT, Braun, why on earth have you decideded to economise on the cord??? It's ridiculously short, to get it into perspective, my board is 145cm long, so not the longest version you can get & to be able to iron at the 'pointy' end the iron rest end needs to be an absolute maximum of 3 feet away from the socket!!! I've never had an iron with such a short cord. Fortunately it can be resolved by using an extension but it's not a cheap one & it's disappointing as it spoils unnecessarily a good iron, so much so that I nearly gave it only 3 stars.

It's lightweight, which is why I bought it, glides well & is easily manoeuvrable. I had/have an expensive iron but it's simply too heavy to hold & even more so when filled with water. This little iron takes away the dreadgery of ironing and quite honestly is a great little buy. Well packages, fair price & swiftly delivered. I don't mind ironing now!

I was pleased with nearly every aspect of this iron, but increasingly frustrated by the 2m cable, which is just NOT long enough! It interferes with the garment while you iron, as it's not long enough to keep out of the way.
