I got the Clementoni Harry Potter Terrarium for my granddaughter, and it’s been a magical hit! What I love: The Harry Potter theme is perfect for fans – all the little details are spot on. Easy to assemble, even for younger crafters, but still fun and engaging. The terrarium creates a lovely little Hogwarts world that’s perfect for display. What’s not so great: The instructions could be a little clearer, but it’s nothing a bit of patience can’t fix. Would I recommend it? Definitely! A wonderful gift for any Harry Potter lover who loves a bit of crafting and magic.

Really lovely kit and much better value for money than many of the other Harry Potter products. My daughter really enjoyed making this and has produced something worth looking at every day although Hagrid's hut has now disappeared under the mass of clovers. It was easy for her to make largely unsupervised apart from the plaster mixing. She is 10. Definitely recommend as a lovely gift. Looks way more expensive than it was.

A novelty product and basic terrarium but my nephew absolutely loved it. Good size, cute that it has Harry Potter themed bits inside and a good start to growing a terrarium.

This is great! Kept my daughter busy for an afternoon and the end product looked great!

Bought for my daughter who loves Harry Potter and anything crafty. The advertising picture is quite deceiving, the terrarium itself is actually quite small. It comes with enough contents to rectify any errors with the plaster of Paris moulds which is good. The biggest downside for me is the fact ours came with NO pine seeds👎 I can’t speak yet on the growth of the seeds as we’ve only just started (our hut is currently in the moulds waiting to harden). Update since initial review: Our moulds only took around 24 hours to harden, they came out great no cracks and didn’t need to use the spare plaster of Paris. My daughter painted her hut and pumpkins the way she wanted and she loved doing that. The seeds didn’t take long to sprout up (only had the clover seeds, they took a day or two). When I was planting the seeds with my daughter I wanted to make up for the missing pine seeds so I bought water cress seeds from a supermarket cheap enough and planted way too many, so hagrids hut has now completely disappeared in the overgrowth but it looks great🤣 my daughter loves watering it. It is funny how overgrown it is, it probably would have been completely fine with just the clover seeds and probably wouldn’t have even needed to plant all the seeds. It is still going strong a week after planting, nice bit of fun😊 I will keep my review as 3* due to it missing the pine seeds it was supposed to come with and also being smaller than anticipated however it is a nice little gift, just don’t expect it to be the best terrarium out there, the price is fine for what it is.

J’ai acheté ce terrarium en juin 2024 pour 14,99 €, et c’est une belle surprise. L’assemblage est simple et adapté à un enfant de 7 ans avec un peu d’aide parentale, notamment pour mouler les pièces en plâtre, les peindre et planter les graines. Le kit est complet et tout le nécessaire est fourni. Les instructions, illustrées et en plusieurs langues, sont claires. La qualité est au rendez-vous, avec suffisamment de plâtre et de peinture pour refaire les bâtiments et les citrouilles en cas de casse ou de défaut à la première tentative. Une fois les plantes poussées, quelques soins légers suffisent et le rendu final est très esthétique, respectant parfaitement le thème Harry Potter. Au prix de 14,99 €, ce kit offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout en tenant compte du temps de réalisation et du résultat. Par contre, je ne le recommanderais pas à plus de 20 €, le prix actuel de 26,97 € me semblant trop élevé.
