I used one of there at physical therapy for a sore shoulder and again to strengthen my core. It works very well when used properly, BUT, similar to isometric exercises, it will take a while to experience results. There is a sleeve to make this usable on the neck as well. This works best on a solid surface, carpet, or a PT table, and only on a bed or pillow as a last resort. Well worth the money. I would recommend this item to my acquaintances that I think would actually use it.

I wanted to give this 5 stars because it's helped me so much with pelvic floor exercises, but the one negative thing I have to say about it is when assembling it, the tube doesn't always stay in place and it allows air to leak out. I have a certain way I fix that issue but it's always hit or miss and I have to keep wiggling and twisting it to catch in the right place. Other than that, I feel it realigns my hips and has helped tremendously with my sciatica. I do still highly recommend this product and feel it's worth the money. It even comes with an app to show you different exercises to use

I had been debating between this product and a couple other similar options but their stellar customer service won me over. I reached out with a few questions prior to purchase and the founder/CEO personally responded to them all without delay. Once the CoreCoach arrived, I was even more impressed. It appears to be well made and durable. Longevity was one of my concerns so I appreciate the longer warranty with CoreCoach versus the others. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making it a breeze to start using right away. Best part is after a few weeks of use, I can really tell the difference. I am now more connected to my deep core muscles supporting my spine, resulting in me feeling taller and stronger overall. I am taking my time with the exercises so I haven't made it to the more advanced moves but a little awareness is proving to go a long way! I am also stoked that it came with the NeckCoach. I have yet to try it but will soon and will update accordingly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to build awareness and strength of their deep core muscles -- resulting in a more supported spine and less pain overall!

THis little gadget makes sure I'm doing my back and stomach exercises properly by telling me how engaged my muscles are I was doing the exercises before but not getting the benefit I should have out of them as I wasn't properly using my core muscles. This is a fabulous tool for my 77 year old body and I think I shall very much benefit from it.

First one arrived with a cracked hose, requested a replacement and the second was used. Someone else was apparently underwhelmed by the shoddy quality The return notice say my refund will be issued in 30 days and my bank may take another 7 days. So that's weird.

This tool has been so helpful in my therapy to help my hips.

I really loved this product and could feel it strengthening my core. But it broke after only 2 months of use. It will no longer hold air/pressure. I would love a replacement to try again, maybe it was just a faulty device. Hoping the company may reach out to me and am willing to edit review if I get some help. Two of my sisters use the same device and have had no trouble with it.

Pros: Great tool to help test if the transverse abdominis is firing correctly. It has helped me successfully teach my training clients activate their deep core stabilizers. The gauge is definitely the standout part of the product. It boasts a range of where the pin should start and end which gives the user feedback into whether or not the correct muscle contraction is happening. Cons: The current price ($89.95) is just absurd. I bought it at $70 and that's still too much. I bought this product for its distinct look, that way my colleagues would know it was mine and not use it, thus increasing its lifetime of usage for my own clients. Manual sphygmomanometers are great alternatives and will get the job done and cost at a range from $20 - $30.
