Physix Gear Compression Socks 20-30 mmHg - Men & Women - Running, Nurses, Shin Splints, Flight, Travel

These are incredible! I just started wearing these two days ago but I could feel the difference immediately. Every summer my right leg tingles and aches at the end of the day. I'm a very active 40 year old woman with a few small varicose veins. While I've never considered that I might have circulation issues, I thought it wouldn't hurt to try compression socks. I am 5'8" tall, 140 lbs and wear a size 9 sneaker shoe. I purchased a size L/XL and the fit is perfect. They are very snug to put on, but they provide excellent compression around my ankle and calf and they go all the way up to my knee cap. When I wear this sock on my right leg, I have no pain or discomfort at the end of the day, which means I can get that walk in after dinner, or ride bikes with my kids to the park. I haven't tried to wash them yet, but I'll update when I know their long-term performance.

I read reviews but was skeptical socks would fit well, but when I opened it and saw the width (XXL) I knew it would be alright. What a good fit! A little tight at the ankle, as described, and for compression purposes, but very comfortable! I don't have as much swelling and cramps as I did before, after two or three all day wearing. Will be purchasing the other, pretty floral ones in the future.

I was skeptical at first. We read and hear so many advertisements that claim to be effect at compression but are not. My doctor advised me to get compression socks for both pain and swelling in my ankles and overall leg. I put them on kind of expecting them to not be effective at all. WAS I WRONG!!!!! These socks are amazing. My daily swelling and pain have been DRASTICALLY reduced. I am feeling no pain an the swelling is about 90% gone. It is so slight I had to look for it. Yes, they are pricey, but they are middle of the road price and well worth the money. If you are dealing with the same thing or vein issues, these are the ones for you. I highly reccommend!

Very well made! Feels great on my feet/legs. not too tight and it helps for my job which i constantly stand. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey but I think its worth the money in the long run. So far I've only worn them once, but its very nice! I enjoy how thin it is and its very breathable!

Due to a history of DVT’s I’ve been wearing compression socks for 25 years. I’ve bought cheap and expensive ones, and I know the difference in quality, etc.these are very well made; compression is just right and after wearing them on two separate flights I had no swelling in my legs. They tend to be a bit long, but my heel to below the knee distance is 16” which is just right (for me).

I bought a pair of these socks back in 2023 for a trip to Japan. The pair I purchased are fantastic and are truly thigh high on my 6 foot frame. I am pregnant and purchased two pairs in 2025 to help with varicose veins. And the two pairs that I purchased are completely different. I gave it some time and have worn them 10+ times., To see if they just needed to be broken in.The quality is absolutely not the same. The top of the sock lands right on my knee and actually causes pain because they roll up forming a hard band around my knee. So if I move they need to be readjusted constantly. I’m really quite sad, because the one pair I have are better than any other pair of compression socks I’ve found. It just stinks that these new pairs are so different/crappy.

Great quality and feels good on the feet and legs! I'm a warehouse worker and Caregiver and I will be on my feet a lot so these are perfect and comfortable and benefits of not having sore feet from standing a long period of time. 😊👍🏿

I've been a big fan of these Physix Gear compression socks for a number of years now. Recently ordered two new pairs. They are just great for edema in my legs-- the right fit, thickness, and comfort. They work! I was worried that these socks would be hot, but they aren't. I even forget I'm wearing them.
