Perfect fit!
I was told by Litehouse Pools to not buy their connectors and got these and they worked perfectly!

Well made, sturdy and sized correctly.
The product is as described. I used the 1-1/2" connection to connect two pool hoses together for a drainage line for my house sump pump. The connection was tight and secure. In that I was not using the connector for a swimming pool but rather a drainage hose connection I didn't use hose clamps.

U.S. Pool Supply Hose Connector Adapter, 1.5"
The hose connector adapter is durable and works as expected. It fits securely between hose sections and does a good job keeping the vacuum line connected without leaks. Shipping was fast, and the item arrived in good condition. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is that the material feels slightly lighter than some higher-end connectors I’ve used, so I’ll have to see how it holds up over time. Still, for the price and quick delivery, it’s a reliable replacement part.

As described and am keeping despite my erroneous order
Intentionally ordered for an intended use of putting the leaf canister right at the wall connection of my pool crawler to help keep the thing from floating up , but did so without looking directly at my application’s layout—these will not work for that, but they are useful for using my crawler’s hose to connect to my manual pole stick vac head—so I’m keeping them because it helps keep me lazy ( meaning I now don’t have to dig out the larger hose for manual vac’ing tricky spots the crawler can’t get to)
