I received a defective product from Amazon. After submitting a complaint, Amazon declined to provide assistance. Subsequently, the LuvLap team arranged a replacement for the product. I would like to especially acknowledge Ms. Neha, who provided exceptional support and processed my request on a fast-track basis. As a result of her efforts, I received the main unit within three days. Although the replacement unit provided by LuvLap was second-hand, it is functioning properly.
