Works pretty well. My daughter is 3 but weighs 50 pounds and very tall as well. She usually pees through ANY diaper but this one works so well

Overall, these worked for their intended purpose. A little tighter than our normal product but our daughter was okay with them. Went back to her go to product though since these were tighter. No leaks though.
