Don’t run out!
Love the taste, good palo and no “dust”. My only but is that it takes too long to get the order.

If you want a good Argentine Yerba this is it. It isn’t anything special but it sure is dependable.

A Good Traditional Yerba!
Taragui is one of the oldest traditional brands of yerba mate produced in Argentina. It has good, traditionl flavor. It is not as strong as Rosamonte but it has more flavor than Cruz De Malta. It has a good ratio of yerba to stems and the flavor lasts. It doesn't wash out right away like some brands. No me gusta el mate lavado! Having said that, one of the unpleasant characteristic that Taragui shares with most of the traditional brands, is the amount of dust it contains! I get it! The yerba dust contributes to the overal flavor and, you need some of it. However, it could be better used in yerba tea bags or brewed in canned drinks. The amount of dust is unacceptable. It causes the bombilla (straw) to plug up, thus defeating the enjoyment of what is otherwise a good product. My solution is to shake some of the dust out of the yerba through a colador. It keeps my bombilla from plugging up!
