Q: What's the best way to apply this? On damp or dry hair?

Applying on dry hair has the best hold for me. On damp hair, it will give it a wet look but the hold isn't the best.

Q: Does it smell as good as the shine wax? And What difference is there between this one and the shine wax product?

Smells good, doesn’t give you a stiff look on uou hair. Actually looks natural spike led up. Didn’t like the other shine wax products, because they leave your hair very stiff/plastic looking
