These work great! The latch on my trunk broke and my trunk was soaked by rain before i could fix it. I roatate them out and they take longer to turn green to recharge so i know they are doing their job. They also help defog the windows in the cabin. I wish they held more moisture but they still worth it!

These small desiccants are perfect! By the way, the individual packet measures about 1”X 1/2”, small enough to put a couple of them in each spice jar. Even threw a few of them into our Pistachio jar (a favorite snack) to keep them fresh and crunchy. I have a minor complaint and that is why is nearly everything measured in metrics? This is America. We use US measurements. 🤬 I find myself constantly going to my calculator to figure out sizes & weights. Amazon, are you listening? Seeing as the order arrived only yesterday, I can’t yet give an opinion as to whether they actually work, but I’ll do a follow-up later. I even put a few (2-3) of them in the bottom of my hearing aid charging box to keep out as much moisture as possible as moisture will damage hearing aides. Previously used a separate drying unit (Dry Caddy) for the hearing aids.

This product really works! I keep 2 of them in my gun safe. I live in a very hot and humid climate in summer with corn fields and flooded rice fields all over the region. But after I started using these ( again 2 of them) my safe stays so dry that I can feel and smell the difference when I open the door. This safe is flood proof so therefore airtight which makes it possible to actually remove the moisture from the contents. Full disclosure- it takes several recharges the first few weeks as the packs drain the excess moisture that the wooden sticks and various important papers I keep in it also. To recharge the packs you just pop them in the microwave on defrost setting for a few minutes at a time ( directions are printed right on the heavy cavas bags they come in. I recommend them to all my buddies at the local VFW and everyone seems to like them as well as I do. I recommend them to my friends they do work!

THIS WORKS, I put it in my car that I store outside, and after a few days it was HEAVY like SUPER HEAVY because it had absorbed so much water. It was deep green color, but even more than that just the mere weight proved it was fully saturated and working

Packets are tiny, just like I wanted, and easily fit into my husband's weekly pill organizer. One of his pills (Magnesium) attracts water. This caused some of his capsules to melt and stick together. After adding these packets to each compartment this problem has been greatly reduced.

I have two cars that are parked outside. One is a Miata which a soft-top which likely allows more moisture to get into the car. I got into the car last winter and it was really damp inside. When I had it detailed in the spring, I had mold on the passenger's side carpet so I got these to see if it would help during the winter. The bags arrived ready to adsorb water and I threw one into each car. Got into one of the cars after a couple of days and the inside seemed drier. Will update this review in a few months. So far, I have no complaints. Update, 10/23/24. I had to move the cars and realized both were green indicating they should be regenerated. I'm not sure how long they had been in the cars, less than a week. Regenerated them using the microwave, 3 min each side. You can see the steam coming off the package after the second 3 min cycle, not so much after the first one. Package is also noticeably hotter after the second microwave treatment as expected. Weighed one of the packages before and after to see how much water it had adsorbed, approximately 6 wt%.. Also noticed no condensation on the inside of the windshield which I've seen before in the fall. Update: 12/18/24. Very happy with them. No condensation has been seen. I regenerate the bags in the microwave between once a week and once every other week. Once every other week seems to be sufficient. Upgrading my rating to 5oo5 stars.

Larger sachets work well for larger quantities. If you buy in bulk and want to preserve the freshness of your dry goods, this product is a must.

I do leather works, and when I do a project I store the pieces for the project in ziplock bags to contain them prior to stitching, living in a wet climate humidity is an issue so I use these to help keep humidity out of the bags to protect the leather pieces, works great.
