These chin straps work better and are more comfortable than any of the ones offered by the cpap companies. It’s no fun having to wear a cpap but these chin straps make it much easier.

It says "neoprene," and looks a lot like the genuine Resmed neoprene strap that I bought some time ago. But, unlike the Resmed strap, the Snuggle strap is totally inelastic. The instructions say, "We recommend that an assistant with the initial fitting of your chinstrap to ensure proper fit." I don't believe that would help. I very carefully adjusted the length using the velcro. To be effective it needs to be tight. But, then it is very uncomfortable, and still doesn't stay put. Loosening it just slightly makes it totally ineffective, and of course, then it doesn't stay put either. Seems to me these just used the wrong kind of neoprene material. Also, the "hard" side of the velcro closure it very stiff.

Quality is good but this chin strap wasn’t a good fit for me. Too stretchy so I had to tighten it a lot to keep my mouth closed. The backside strap is not adjustable and it pulled the sides of the chin strap against the front of my ears. The chin cup with a hole spread out so much that it often works under the bottom of my full-face CPAP mask. I cope, moving the top strap toward my forehead and the backside strap toward the top of my head. I still use this Snugell. It’s better than the worn out one that it replaced (that’s no longer available),

This is the second chin strap I've tried, the previous one was much heavier material and the over-head straps were poorly designed so that they always slipped off overnight. The Snugell has a much better design for the over-head straps, they didn't move all night and I'm a restless sleeper. They are also thinner and cooler with easily adjustable velcro type cinches. Overall it's much more comfortable and does the same job as the previous one. I took one star off for the location of the velcro adjusters, they are right on the side of my head and I sleep on one side or the other at times as I squirm around at night, so there's a lump pressing on the side of my jaw. Those adjusters could be elsewhere so that they are not at all likely to press into the side of the head. So far that's not a problem, but experience tells me that it could become one. It may actually be hypoallergenic, too, it'll take a longer term of use to find that out.

This chin strap is very effective and easy to put on. Not like the other brands that you have to velcro them on. I am going to order another to have as a back up.

This chin strap is comfortable but it is not strong enough (or it has a bit too much give) and it does not prevent my mouth from opening at night. I have a smaller head and this chin strap also feels a bit too large for it. I wanted to like it but unfortunately it did not work for me.

It does the job.

The picture on-line did not really show the entire chin strap. Rather than just a standard design this one had an added strap that goes behind you head. This design tends to pull the chin strap into your ears which is very uncomfortable. I have used it for about two weeks and the lining under the chin is already coming loose and doesn't stay inthe proper place to cushion your chin. I having been using a CPAP for over ten years and have tried a lot of different chin straps. By their very nature, chin straps aren't totally comfortable, but this one is at the bottom of a list of all the different ones I've tried over the years. It is also starting to come apart where the adjustment tabs to tighten or loosen are by your ear. I know reviews of items like this or subjective but being a long term user can say this one is among the poorest made and worse of all it doesn't really hold your mouth shut. I'll be going back to my old Resmed Chin Straps, at least they last longer than two weeks.

it is comfortable and seems to work really well

I got this one because the first one I tried had a single strap overe the head and had to be so tight to keep my chin up while I slept, that I was waking up wth headaches. This one even fit comfortably under my nasal mask and encircled the top of my head, was comfortably snug on my chin. The sides were a bit bulky when tightened, but I was able to get them to lay flat and had no problems sleeping.

Purchased for someone to use in conjunction with a CPAP machine with nose mask. It was a ‘make do’ purchase until a resmed one could be collected from the respiratory clinic. I’d say this one is slightly thicker material and caused irritation compared to the resmed. It did somewhat prevent the air escape from the persons mouth (anyone with a nose mask CPAP knows this trial!) but it tended to slip during the night. It was cheap and helped a little, but wasn’t anywhere near as good as the Resmed version…which the patient now has

Perfect ! Best chin strap I have tried yet for comfort and doing the job.

I have used this for a few nights now. I have quite a small head and found that not only is it too loose even when I have shortened it to the maximum possible length the width is also a little bit smaller as it keeps sliding under my chin instead of cupping it and staying there all night
