I recently purchased the 52 Essential Critical Thinking Cards from Mind Brain Emotion and I must say, I'm extremely impressed. Cards are very relevant to mindfulness and dbt. Has been an asset to my therapy. Easy to use and relate to. Cards are easy to read and sturdy.

I continue to look for activities to do during sessions with my client. Came across this one and its an amazing conversation starter whenever you do get stuck. My clients love the cards and the information and conversation topics it provides. I will say it has helped so far with my work and gives me a better perspective on how to help guide my clients. My clients gain knowledge on coping mechanisms and information on ways to destress and give a better outlook on emotions etc.

Love these cards, however these “critical thinking” cards are more about understanding bias and how to be a critic of your own thoughts (challenging assumptions etc), NOT about problem solving and system thinking.I should have read the description a bit better, so I’m just saying here—buyer beware!

Very happy and satisfied with the flash cards.

They are good conversation starters but I thought they were a little overpriced. They are playing cards with questions on them so you can have a conversation while doing something else.

I really enjoy receiving this set of cards, easy to read and understand, It really reminds you of that you aren’t alone, and also gives you powerful messages that really help and encourage you. Thank you so much..

I like the idea of these cards, and find them useful in my practice. However, they aren’t not as thick as playing cards and don’t hold up to regular use. I’m disappointed. Not worth the cost.
