23 inches wide at the chest and 42 inches in length. It fits a medium-sized person.

Q: What type of plastic is the lead encased in?

I am not a professional about material . I got this when my kitty got a radio treatment. It is a thick, dense, non stretchy plastic which give me 100 percent confidence about security.

It looks as though it would fit any adult neck size and can be adjusted with the Velcro fastener.
