fast responding Alarm at 25 ppm
i subjected this alarm to 30 ppm calibration gas, this is the appropriate co alarm, responds in less than 1 minute for co levels of 25 ppm or more, the competition, Kidde C3010, won't alarm until a level of 70 ppm is maintained for 1 to 4 hours, that’s Kidde’s specification, that is not appropriate.

I think it works? Lol
For better or worse I really have no gauge for how well it does or does not work. It came highly recommended and the specs are great! It always reads 0 and theres a little green led that pops on every so often, so I guess thats good. I don't really want to "test" it so I'll just assume it's great

Great Product
I really like the product. The company is one of only a few companies that make detectors that detect low levels of CO. I feel better knowing that it will arm quickly at 25 ppm. I wish other companies made low-level products like this. I had a question about the capabilities and the company replied very fast and was a pleasure to work with. The company's YouTube channel is also very helpful. The product came with nice Lithium batteries too! I recommend the product. No complaints. Easy to setup.

Nice but lacks the UL cert compliance
Nice alarm that seems well made, but lacking the ul cert makes it somewhat limited in commercial or industrial settings. Only real complaint I have is the obnoxious flashing that it has which is annoying when the lights are off.

Quality product!
Most people don’t understand how important it is to have a “real time” low level carbon monoxide detector. This is a great detector. Way better than anything bought from a “box store”!

Lower Threshold is a Plus
This small Forensics Detector unit runs on three AA batteries, rather than being plugged into an electrical outlet. That gives you much more flexibility with detector placement and means it can also be used in locations like campers/RVs. The unit has a battery power indicator on the LCD display as well as a green power indicator that will flash when the batteries need replacing; the green indicator also flashes every 45 seconds to indicate it’s still working; that’s the sort of designed-in continuous feedback I like to see with safety equipment.I like that this detector uses a lower alarm threshold of 25ppm vs. the higher, long-duration 70ppm threshold associated with Underwriters Labs’ UL 2034 standard. I’m not sure if there is any downside is to using this lower alarm threshold – perhaps an increased potential for false alarms? So far, I’ve not experienced any false alarms, so that may not be the case. So far, the CO detector is just “hanging out” at 0ppm with no obvious detection issues.

No good for humid places like Florida
No good for humid places like Florida.Detector goes off all the time

Easy Setup
Compact this device is rather easy to setup. Have not had an incident to thoroughly test with, but its capability and specifications is much more reassuring than standard CO Alarms.
