Quick and taste great

Brilliant bloks
I took energy gels and these on a break away, doing 15-20 miles a day I used only these. They're just so easy to use. They don't stick to each other as you may first expect, and you do feel the effect, in that you don't feel so tired, or hungry or thirsty, as if you didn't use anything Being bloks, they are not as messy or one use as energy gels The taste isnt wonderful. i prefer the citrus or strawberry ones, but it isn't bad either The price seems a little high for what they are, so may be worth waiting for sale. but in terms of being easy to use, easy to keep clean, not taking up much space, they're priceless These are definitely replacing my energy gels going forward

Great for marathon training
I've been using these along with gels for marathon training. Taste nice and easy to swallow. Brought more for the big day.

OUT OF DATE
We received these but they were long out of date. In fact the use-by date was before the date we placed the order. Pretty concerning that there doesn’t appear to be any quality control in place, especially for consumable items. Be aware.

Yummy
Love thee Shot Bloks. Very easy to eat while riding a bike. They make regular energy easy on long events too so you can get to the end just a bit less dead than you would have been.
