Stang! Insanely Sour Soda Pop

Was a good soda, very sour, and had a very taste, however tasted a little off from blue raspberry, still tasted good though.

Whoa. This soda is no joke—insanely sour is exactly the right description. The first sip literally made my face scrunch up like I’d just bitten into a lemon with a vengeance. If you love a mouth-puckering, over-the-top sour experience, this drink delivers. Pros: • Unique flavor — totally different from typical sodas. • Great for a dare or party trick, or for sour candy lovers. • Surprisingly refreshing once your tastebuds recover. Cons: • The sourness was so intense it felt like my taste buds were under attack—like they signed up for a soda and got drafted into a war. One sip and I questioned all my life choices. If you’re brave, curious, or just love a good sour challenge, this soda is worth a try. Just maybe keep a glass of water nearby!

My brother liked it and my mom made faces because it’s was so sour. It was a nice Christmas gift.

I am a sour food junky. I literally buy sour gummy worms and roll them in pure citric acid for my sour fix. That has never bothered me. But this stuff? Utterly amazing. Yes God awful sour but awesome flavor. It did give me massive heartburn and made my stomach feel like I swallowed acid, but I'd re order again and go through the pain.

2 of my sodas arrived cracked and the package was soaked in the iconic blue color of the liquid within. The product itself is very sour as advertised! This soda will likely give you a stomach ache if you consume an entire bottle of it or more. Perhaps even less for those with sensitive stomachs. This is to be expected. Don't underestimate it's potency because it is NOT a gimmick. It is very sour and will make you pucker your lips the second it hits them. It's not the best thing for recreational soda, but I didn't purchase it for that. So I am not disappointed with the product itself. All and all I would order again, but for the price and the risk of transportation it isn't going to get a 5 star review from me. I mostly blame Amazon for its unsafe arrival but it could happen with any logistics company. It shouldn't, but it does happen. Mishandling of fragile products such as this is not acceptable. Again I do not blame stang more than maybe needing to reinforce it's packaging slightly more to compensate but Amazon could do better with this too. Since, this is Amazon's website it's getting 3 stars for damaging my stuff and wasting some of my money. Took a while to get here so wasn't keen on filing a return. Other than that happy with the product itself.

TLDR : Tastes Bad, they can do better, I know they can. It’s not that it’s too sour, it’s just gross. It tastes metallic and not sour at all. I bought three thinking “I love sour, and I love blue raspberry” but nope, tastes nothing like the flavor I wanted, and it wasn’t sour. I read the other reviews and saw good and bad, I gave this drink a shot, but it’s not good. I’m not mad at Vat19, I’m just disappointed. They can easily make this soda better, keep the amount of citric acid, put more sugar, and make sure the flavor is higher than sour on the priority. If they do change it, I recommend adding more flavors, like lemonade soda, grape soda, pineapple soda, or cherry soda. But in the mean time, if you want a good tasting somewhat sour soda Look up the ToxicWaste sodas or the Warhead sodas, they have better taste and is somewhat sour, not the most sour but better than this Stang ‘Worlds Most Sour Soda’.
