My first watch from the garbage company didn't even last a year & now as a gift i was will to give this company another try please please don't waste your money on these watches now with their improved app the watches never connect so you can waste hours trying to get these garbage watches to work

Purchase this watch as a gift. Just unboxed for my daughter's birthday. Charged up and ready to install app. No App available. App no longer available. This has much to do with Amazon as it is with the seller. Items like these should not be on the Amazon platform. I am now stuck with a band.

watch works great but the app sucks -at first i had no issues with the app then all of a sudden it disconnected from my watch when i tried reconnecting it showed connected then disconnected i uninstalled the app on my phone reinstalled and the same thing happened so for that i give my rating a 2 due to lack of communication between my watch and the app thumbs down

I love the look of this watch unfortunately the app is crap. Won't pair at all. I am returning it because without App functionality the watch isn't updateable or useful at all.

The watch looked good, bought this watch as a birthday present and my wife loved it at first sight, unfortunately due to the band design it felt off her wrist and she lost it, the first time she got to wear it, she was very disappointed.

This is the best smart watch for the money, comparable to my Galaxy watch.

It won't connect no matter what I do. I tried 3 different phones and 2 different apps over 12 times. I don't understand why you would sell this if it doesn't work, 😔 very disappointing.
