Quality cream
Absolutely worth having in the medicine cabinet. Heals cuts and scrapes fast without burning, and the tube lasts a while. Smooth consistency, easy to apply, and reliably prevents infection. A simple, effective antibiotic ointment that does exactly what it should.

First aid kit essential item
Burns are common occurrences, so having some burn relief on hand is simply common sense. This Amazon product is very inexpensive, and is just what is needed for most burns. I worked on a hospital burn ward, so I appreciate having this ready to go, just in case. I could say I may never need it, but most likely I will. I hope you have a decent first aid kit that YOU put together, not something that comes with what someone thinks you may need. Stock it yourself, and be sure to add a tube of this ointment. When you suffer a burn, that's not the time you want to drive to a drugstore...and before going to an urgent care clinic or ER, you may be able to avoid those options by treating your burn yourself.

Works well and contains an analgesic
Worth having in your cabinet at all times. My first purchase did not arrive in my order. I reported that it was missing and Amazon immediately replaced it.

Works Great, But the Missing Safety Seal is Concerning
I tried this Amazon brand to save a few dollars while restocking my first-aid kit, and the ointment itself is fantastic. It’s a smooth cream that isn't overly greasy, stays put under a bandage, and was surprisingly effective at soothing an itchy hot water burn. For performance, it’s a great value. However, I’m knocking off a star for a major reason: the tube arrived with no foil safety seal. For a first-aid product you're putting on broken skin, that feels like a big oversight for ensuring it's sterile and hasn't been tampered with. The ointment is high-quality, but potential buyers should be aware of the packaging flaw. I’ll likely buy it again for the value, but I truly hope they add a seal.
