Since I was not familiar with it-I did some research and contacted my doctor about this product's ingredients and he was very happy with this formulation as it has the pepper in it which helps absorption. Turmeric is difficult to absorb so when looking for a great Turmeric product, I highly recommend this Zhou Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine 1650 mg!! It is recommended to take 3 times a day which I did for the first week or so. I went visiting friends for a few days and forgot to add my bottle of Turmeric in my bag. After not taking it for a couple of days, I noticed a difference in my pain level! It is obviously working! When I discussed this with my pharmacist and was overheard by the ladies at the counter-two of the ladies jumped in telling me that they take it daily and they too notice when they miss a day! I didn't know this was such a popular recommendation but I am so happy to be taking less pain pills over inflammation caused pain for a chronic condition! I won't be without it ever again! I now only need one or two a day since it is in my system and am happy about that! If you're on the fence about adding a natural anti-inflammatory-what have you got to lose but the pain? Highly recommend!!! Note; Be sure to stop taking a week before any procedure/surgery as it is a natural blood thinner as well. This is the best Turmeric product on the market that I have found and my doctor approves! I'm a repeat customer and will continue to do so!

Taste is a little odd, but it works.

I’ve been using Zhou Turmeric for age related stiffness of joints (57F) for 3 years now. I’m a hospital Nurse Tech and walk 8-10 miles per 12 hr shift, working multiple shifts in a row. This is a daily supplement for me, I only take 1 in the morning (not 3). This product absolutely works wonders. At this point, I don’t notice it working daily, but if I miss a dose, boy can I feel it the next morning. The stiff, aching joints, tight hands that feel almost swollen, knees and back stiffness. I stock up on Turmeric so I don’t run out. My other daily Zhou supplements include Neuro-Peak (can’t be without..AMAZING), Energy & Focus, DIM, K2-D3 and Zinc. I’m a high exposure healthcare worker and I’m virus free for 2 years now. Zhou has excellent quality control and consistency and are a trusted source for me. I buy mostly from Amazon, but when Zhou has a sale, I buy directly from them. Just one Turmeric capsule a day keeps the pain away for me. BUY IT.

Zhou brand is my favorite!We started with Zhou Collagen a year and a half ago. We really like it. We decided to try their other supplement so we have used the Turmeric and the Vitamin C. We love both. Definitely recommend this company..

This product is a lifesaver. I've been suffering from terrible undiagnosed pain in my right hand fingertips (dominate hand) for YEARS. I also had a cyst in my right wrist as well. While I still am seeking medical care to figure out the root of the problem, this supplement is the best pain reliever I have ever tired. It works better and faster than any Tylenol or ibuprofen. For example, I'd start experiencing pain and take an ibuprofen and an hour later I'm still in pain. When I take this stuff, it works quickly.Also, the size of my cyst has decreased! It's almost completely gone. I have put myself on a schedule where I take two in the morning, one at lunch, and two at night. I still have brief moments of pain (which is directly related to how much I use my hand) but it's no longer hurting when I'm not using it or performing an easy task and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night with shooting pain.I highly recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing any kind of inflammation in their joints or to anyone who has a stubborn cyst.

I have been taking these Turmeric capsules from this Company for several years now and yes I can swear by how beneficial they have been for me, during this time. Since taking these supplements I have little or No ache's or pains and no creaking, stiff joints, or ambling getting up in the morning and trying to get going... Now I hit the ground running and feel sure footed and sprightly all day. However I'm concerned that in recent batches I have received I have had bottles that have a musty odor inside and the caplets have a stale, unsavory taste and not very pleasant at all when put in the mouth before swallowing. I order the bottles order in 3's. Also between bottles, the caplets vary in color from a dark mustard yellow or olive color to a more reddy brown tint. Some bottles there is loose Turmeric powder lining the bottle. So I am beginning to question the quality control and the recent unpleasant taste... enough for me to consider other brands. (All 3 bottles had this taste this time.)
