I Never know what to expect with these products....
I take the pills with breakfast and sort of had no real expectations. However, I just recognized someone I had not seen for years from across the room. Reading has been easier without the going back to check for details. I am getting certified to sell Medicare products which requires all kinds of detail and legalities to recall [which is why I got this] I will order again!

Not healthy, in my opinion
Gives me a headache which is concerning. I threw them away! Also, it has Titanium dioxide another one of the nasty and dangerous ingredients ; it is used as a colorant (it's also used in many cosmetics). Titanium dioxide has a raft of health implications. ... Yet again, our health is risked so our vitamins can be a pretty color.

30 capsules in box, not 60.
Box claims 60 capsules, recommended use is two capsules a day. I only received 30 capsules in the box, for the asking price of these and considering they are brain pills at least get the quantity right...

No more fog
I have taken a few brain enhancement meds and, by far, this is the best one. They suggested that proformance would be noted about a month into the treatment, however, this is week three and I stated seeing a big difference by week two. Great product.

Good for focus and concentration
I take it once or twice a day along with Sam-e. I have improved focus and concentration and can work effectively longer I the day.
