When you examine multivitamins for either men or women, this vitamin has an amazing balance of good ingredients. For the B6, it uses P-5-P, not the cheaper HCL as most have. The B vitamins are methylated, which is definitely more costly, but it makes them more bioavailable, especially for people with a methy gene defect. I just wish they were a bit more potent, since most of us do not absorb nutrients well as we age. Maybe 1-1/2 capsules is the charm??

i have been taking these for two years now. Easy to take and no side effects at all. Whereas the centrum ones would make me bloated.

I trust this brand for me and my family. This is a great multi with much better ingredients than the traditional synthetic blend multivitamins.

This is above average for sure, I've been on synthetic vitamins until organics came out. My other organic multi is like $60. per month, this is comparable to that product, I also like their b complex, I take a handful of vitamins for last 6 yrs, and I used to get flu's, sickness prior often, but in 6 years bearly a cold. I eat right too. KETO diet, I'm going say vitamins in my 60+ life always smelled funny, I see people saying they don't smell right, ever smell Flintstones vitamins, they smell like dessert, but they were real bad for you, Ive been on this brand for 2 years now. If all was organic, I'd give them 6 stars. Their good for me

Simple solution for the family. Easy to swallow and no problem taking it on empty stomach.

Easy to smaller capsule, doesn't make me nauseated after taking, good ingredients.
