This adapter should work with the sigma 18-35mm for Canon EF mount but the image won't cover all of a full-frame sensor because DC lenses are made for smaller APS-C sized sensors. You can enable crop mode in your EOS R camera to only use part of the sensor. No, this adapter is not for Sony mount lenses.
