Can we say trash!!!
Well...it doesn't work. Straight out of the box, this thing didn't work. I'm super upset about it because I threw all of the packaging away so returning it is an impossibility. Not sure what else to say - don't buy it ..it just doesn't work. Piece of poop in my opinion. Maybe Amazon customer service will save the day.

Bad very bad scale
I took BG40, and I need to tell you, I have very bad experience. After two months scale stopped to work, I am getting Lo error, I checked in google, and I tried to change 3,4 different vendors of batteries but still doesn't wok.

Poor bluetooth connection
Data transfer between the scale and smartphone doesn't work on my brand new BF700. Tried the suggested method (reset the app) but still no connection. Useless product.
