llevaba tiempo pensando en una preda como esta, pero ni siquiera sabia que existiera. Claro que buscas en amazon y parece que no hay nada más por inventar. Yo llevo 1 semana utilizandolo y soy muy constante. Como trabajo en casa, lo llevo puesto casi todo el día y me lo quito para dormir. Estoy viendo resultados en este poco tiempo. Eso si, en cuanto dejes de utilizarlo adíos el cambio. Hay que ser muy constante y pensar que es como una ortodoncia y quieres ver resultados reales.

When it arrived it came nicely packaged with instructions, however I found the customer review videos more helpful than the written instructions it came with. Well let me just say this, not only were the results remarkably noticeable in a matter of hours but this also helped my TMJ!!
