Making Popcorn Has Never Been So Fun!
I've used this air popper multiple times now and each time it pops pretty much all of the kernels (only a few do pop out, but that is to be expected). What can I say? It is a great machine to make a fun, fast, fat-free snack and you can season the popcorn is various enjoyable ways. What I love about this particular machine (compared to the others), is that this has an "on and off" switch. For me, this was why I chose it (I don't want to be constantly yanking the electric cord in and out of the outlet socket while the machine is hot and running). For this feature alone, I feel it's worth the extra few dollars. There's not a real need to clean the inside either because it's just air popped popcorn (no oils or salt is used), I just wipe it with a damp paper towel and it's shiny, clean and ready for the next yummy batch. It was shipped well-packed and the customer service is exceptional (I recently had a question for them and they answered promptly). I highly recommend this if you and your family like having popcorn or if you are like me and trying to make your diet a little more entertaining :)

I love my TWOBIU hot air popcorn popper!
I've read so many negative reviews about popcorn poppers that I thought I add a good one. I chose this one because plastic is PBA free. The on/off switch is a convenient bonus, but it is not a critical feature to make great popcorn. As for unpopped kernels, ALL hot air poppers will toss some out because they are designed to have whatever pops up fly out the chute. Microwave bags and bowls, as well as stove top poppers, are enclosed so unpopped kernels that fly up fall back down to the bottom. 30+ years ago my kids and I figured out that if you tilt the unit back a bit (but not not so far the butter cup falls out) until what pops up is a fluffy popped kernel before standing it upright again, you get fewer unpopped kernels in your bowl. And, as has already been mentioned, yellow corn pops larger, with fewer unpopped kernels. (I had 4 unpopped kernels in my bowl and I used white corn because that was all I had on hand. Impressive!)Not only is a hot air popper easier to clean, it means the only fat you have consume is that which you drizzle on after it's popped. I never use the measuring.butter cup for butter, as the unit pops so quickly the butter doesn't have time to melt. Besides, I prefer to use oil that has been preciously warmed and infused with crushed herbs. Add salt if desired.Using the butter dish/measuring cup that comes with the unit, never use more than a level scoop of kernels. Otherwise, you will have burnt corn, lots of unpopped kernels, or both. If you need to make a large amount, make several batches, Butter/oil each batch as soon as it is done to ensure more even coverage. If you add Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast, these adhere best when the popcorn is still warm.I love my new TWOBIU hot air popper (white and orange) and would recommend it.

Couldn't be more happy!
I couldn't be more happy to have this! I am a huge fan of popcorn and tend to eat healthier homemade popcorn. I have bought several hot air popper and each one has the same problem, kernels were shooting out before it started to pop! But this popper does the best job of popping almost all kernels, kernels were well popped instead of flying away. I am very pleased with it.

Excellent popper... even better customer service!!
***UPDATE 5/9/18: I’ve been using the popper regularly now for a couple of months and am LOVING it!! It’s apparent to me now that we must have initially received a defective unit. (Read update from March). This popper heats up very quickly and pops almost every single kernel evenly and rapidly! No overheating issues at all. The top sits securely on the base and is not loose (an issue in the first popper we received). I can say that it was tough retiring our 30 year old popper, but I’m glad we did! I LOVE the Twobiu!!***UPDATE 3/22/18: The seller reached out to me and offered a full refund and to replace the popper for free. They have excellent customer service and were very apologetic for any issues that I experienced. They stand by their machine and said they have a defect rate of 0.01%. I'm awaiting the new popper now and will update my rating after using.***Original review:Purchased this 6 months ago replacing an air popper that was at least 30 years old and popped to perfection until it just didn’t run anymore. I decided to give the Twobui a little while to grow on me and really see how I liked it.First, the good. It’s a nice looking and easily fits into undercounter spaces. It pops most of the kernels, however, it does this much more effectively on its second batch after the popping reservoir gets heated up. It’s easy to clean also. Now, the not so good. There is a small cup on top that holds the kernels while the popper heats up. The grooves that keep it in place are not very deep, so it can be easily removed... even when you don’t want it to be. Also, when you tip the cup over to pour the kernels in, because of the shape of the shoot, kernels can “escape” onto the counter vs. going into the popping reservoir. I was finally able to develop a pouring technique that avoided this but it took some time. The top that sits on top of the machine sits in a small groove. Again, not really deep enough. The top can become dislodged (and frequently does). The shoot the popcorn comes from is either too wide or not long enough. I frequently have popcorn spraying all over the counter. And in the last few weeks, the popper will automatically shut off towards the end of popping a batch of popcorn. The light stays on, but machine turns off. I suspect it is overheating. This is concerning and I’ll be shopping for a new popper immediately.

Also takes longer but I do like the on/off switch
Updating it to 4 stars. Finally received a replacement unit and it works quite well.=========================================================Works ok. Only makes half the amount of popcorn that my previous one made. Also takes longer but I do like the on/off switch.Changing it to two stars. Tried using it again and most of the kernels did not pop. Moved them to my old hot air popper and they almost all popped in a lot less time.On another note I replied to the vendors email about a refund or replacement and so far no resolution. I cannot in all honestly recommend this product.
