I wasnt sure this was going to work out for a Christmas Party.....BUT holy croutons it was awesome !!! Its foldable for storage and worked excellent keeping food warm. I have used the throw away kind before but this is so much better for the money. Im going to buy a second one for summer parties.

Bought 7 of these from Amazon warehouse as “like new”. It was a good deal. Renting them for our party was same cost as buying and now I have for future use. Cheaper wire versions are available but these are much nicer and can be stacked/folded etc for storing. Recommend.

We have a huge Thanksgiving and always struggled, keeping the turkey warm and the mashed potatoes and this literally saved my Thanksgiving for 20 people.

My husband and I decided to buy chafing dishes for our holiday dinner so that we could keep our food warm longer. We also wanted a uniform, professional looking setup for our event. These dishes were exactly what we needed! In the reviews of other chafing dishes there were complaints of sharp edges and warped dishes that were difficult to pull apart. That wasn’t the case with these. Very sturdy. Edges were rounded, not sharp. Our only complaint was that one box didn’t have the tray for the fuel containers. That is the only reason we didn’t give five stars.

Per the instructions, make sure you fill the bath with hot water first; the fuel canisters won't be able to provide enough energy to heat the water in the bath from cold. I've been using it for camping to serve small outings and it works great! Makes for a fantastic breakfast buffet! It's cheap so I give it some lenience. My only complaint is that there are several sharp edges, especially on the frame and fuel canister holders. Great for private use, but I'd be very nervous about using these in a busy commercial setting as someone is bound to cut themselves in that kind of fast-paced environment. Straightforward assembly and cleans up easily.

I bought this before my son's 5th grade graduation party to use for taco fillings, and it's exactly what we needed! It's very easy to use, even for someone who has never used a Sterno heater before. It keeps the food hot for a few hours with 2 Sterno gel-cans, that fit in the provided holders. We lined the 2 pan inserts with aluminum foil to make clean-up even easier. It's nice that everything breaks down to almost flat, so it's easy to store. We usually buy the Sterno gel cans on Amazon or Wal-mart; both have comparable prices. Definitely a good buy if you entertain a lot, and family have already asked to borrow it for their events!

Overall it seems built well, however, it is all raw cut sheetmetal edges that are very sharp. It is very easy to cut yourself on every edge of this thing.

The product is very low quality & still quality is not good. I think manufacturer should have to be lookafter the matter. I need 10 sets, but I am unhappy about this product.

Bought for a home wedding reception. Worked beautifully. Finding bulk sterno fluid was difficult but swapped out the reusable for pre-filled. I love that it holds two separate items, which makes fridge storage before and after much simpler for home use. I bought two and served 4 different dishes.
