Nice mattress even though it said medium firm trust me it's more firm. Still getting used to it but so far very happy and also great price! My sleep has improved since I purchase it!

This mattress is lovely quality and comfortable. But would not but it again as delivered by Arrow xl, I was given 3different delivery days, one of them didn't deliver as the driver had run out of driving hours,their tracker showed they were only 2 miles away from my house. Doo poor, will not but bulky items again if delivered by ARROW XL🤔

Great for the first few months. I weigh 82Kg and it has sunk where I sleep. I have turned the mattress regularly in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations. Had the mattress around 2 years. When my partner wakes up and gets out of bed (often before I do), I move to the centre of the bed where there’s still support. This is the best sleep I get on this bed now. Unfortunately, this is usually just for an hour or so. This manufacturer isn’t unique… it’s the new business model for mattresses. Easy to vacuum pack and roll up for much lower costs in shipping when compared with traditional/sprung mattresses. Greater profit. Terrible longevity.

I really wanted to love this mattress but I have to say that I didn’t and it gave me a lot of pain in my arms and legs. I would literally wake up in the most horrific pain and was like wtf. Ironically, I’ve always had cheap mattresses my whole life and they never gave me pain like this. It looks nice, expands quickly (recommend to leave for at least 12 hours before sleeping but best to wait up to 72 hours) But I just couldn’t get on with it. I sank into it too much when sleeping, made me hotter and the pain in my body was horrible. Thankfully Amazon let me return for a full refund after about 25 days of use. I paid £600 for this and the replacement I bought was believe it or not only about £130 reduced from about £160 , I’ve had the new 1 for about 8months and while it’s similar in firmness, I don’t wake up in pain and am much more comfortable. No complaints from the dog either. If you’re interested in possibly buying the other bed I’m talking about, check my profile a few days after this review is up and you can check it out for yourself. Don’t get me wrong, I’d happily have paid the £600 for this Dormaeo mattress, had it been comfortable but it wasn’t and I saved about £470 buying the replacement.

Best nights sleep in years. No aches and pains in the morning. I should’ve bought it years ago.

The mattress turned up eventually, the page said "Usually dispatched within 2 to 3 days". It then got held up and after another delay it eventually arrived 23 days after i had ordered it.Luckily i wasn't really in a hurry but maybe you should beware if you need it urgently and you are considering ordering this item from Amazon. Another point to note is the height of the mattress is stated as 22 centimeters. When it arrived it was less than half that and it took a couple of days to rise to its full height. Having said all that, it is really comfiy and i get a good night's sleep on it, and it was cheaper than getting it direct from Dormeo.
