My knew replacement surgery was a few years ago. Can I still use it when it bothers?

Not sure but it is a medical device

Can i purchase the barriers for the universal pad anywhere?

I don't know....any cloth should work too

Is there a larger pad to purchase that works with this device?

You can find another pad, the connectors must be the same. I had an old pad from 2016 that worked just fine with this device.
