ChromaDepth 3-D Glasses

Works flawlessly in the old computer game Stay Tooned. The effect is pretty neat and I'm glad I can finally play the game as intended.

Chromadepth is a neat technology that in some circumstances will change flat colors into 3D. It has to do with diffracting the different frequencies of color. For what I'm doing it does the trick. BTW, a similar purchase I made on Sears network of online sellers got me ripped off. Makes you appreciate straight up sellers! Caveat emptor.

Perfect for my needs and the 3d effect from them is terrific. I do fractal art and often I chose colors for their ability to create a 3D when viewed with glasses such as these. My original pair had become pretty ragged so I ordered a pair to replace them. I originally received the incorrect type of glasses, their plastic clip-ons with lenses that are like you might get at a 3d movie. After contacting the seller they promptly sent me not 1 but two pairs of the correct glasses telling me to keep the others for my problems. I love that even though I am a small volume customer I got the same attention and care as if I was a big business ordering from them. The glasses are perfect and great customer care. I give both 5 stars.

These are super cool, trippy and fun to use. Ideal places to use these glasses are at parties, raves, clubs, shows and festivals. These glasses are also great for home-use to view computer graphic images, browsing internet websites, watching videos, and blacklight images. This product works really well but is not recommended for long-time use in one sitting. It also might not be safe to use when driving, exercising, or being heavily under the influence of alcohol. What attracted me the most was the versatility of this product; it can be used anywhere and almost in every social event (preferably nightlife social activities). This item is worth its value and seems to be durable. I bought this two years ago and out of all the times that I’ve used it and shared the experience with others, it still holds itself up and is in good condition. Great buy and great product.

The effect that these glasses create with appropriately created images is pretty cool. I did order 2 and only received 1 pair. But, the seller was quick to refund me for the missing pair.

These work quite well on any professionally produced chromadepth image. Would warn that I could not find a way to digitally "paint my own" chromadepth" images but that is not the fault of the glasses. Interested in anaglyph (red/blue) 3D also, I find paper mounted lenses most often equal to more sophisticated plastic glasses [which are often ironically fragile rather than strong] and would recommend these inexpensive but well constructed paper versions highly, especially if you are, as I am, only experimenting with light, color and depth.

It is not clear how to get the depth effect claimed for these diffraction grating glasses. The two filters are mounted as mirror opposites, making them different from normal diffraction grating glasses. Apparently, the depth effect only works for certain arrangements of color in the objects viewed. That was not made clear enough, and no instructions came with the glasses. The glasses are quite inexpensive, and arrived quickly. They are fun to wear.
