I am not much of a pan fryer so I wish I had gotten these microwave egg cookers sooner. I actually followed the advice from other reviews and that really helped me to use these well. The eggs come out so fluffy and I followed the advice of someone to put a little olive oil on the bottom so the egg doesn’t stick. And I usually add cheese to one egg and cook it for one minute. My grandkids also like eggs cooked this way. They clean up well but make sure you use something to help clean up the oil left on it if using oil. Have used many times and they’re still in excellent shape. Really good value for the money. And they are also the perfect size if you wanted to make a breakfast sandwich.. And I read some reviews where the top comes off and it leaks, but that has not been my experience. Would recommend.

works exactly like it should. 55 seconds in the microwave and my egg is perfectly cooked and ready to slide out onto a muffin for an easy homemade breakfast sandwich. i spritz the container with a little cooking spray to help it slide out better.

Way overpriced and lids do not latch down in any way. My other big-box taco-shaped model has a gentle friction latch to keep the lid from blowing off if you get a steam burst. These do not. I will be replacing this set with something better. Update: I have been experimenting with these. I have found that setting my microwave on half power and putting two eggs in each works much better. I don't go more than two minutes at a time and check progress. If doing both at once with two eggs, I use two two- minute periods (half-power and checking after each), then normally need another one minute thirty second period. The eggs have been turning out perfect. If doing just one container at a time, I'd undoubtedly need to use less time. I'm upgrading one star due to better learning to make these work, but still leaving a star off for cheapness.

Let me start off by saying, this is not the first time I have bought these. We have owned a set for years at home. When we bought a cabin 5 years ago, we bought a set for there, too. And now when my daughter was heading to college, she wanted a set as well. These are SO easy to use: spray them with cooking spray, break the egg inside, stir to make it scrambled, add toppings, and pop in the microwave for a minute. I like to put it on a bagel and add tomatoes and cheese to the top for a wonderful quick hot sandwich any time. It also works well if my boys want eggs for breakfast and I don't feel like messing up the kitchen. It is so fast that the egg is ready within minutes and my boys are happy. Again, I've had a set for years now and this is a sturdy product that works and will last!

Works well. Saves time in the morning to prepare protein forward options. Kids can assist in food prep and stay away from the stove. Make sure to clean up after as the eggs will leave a film but it does not impact taste or function. Just annoys my kiddo who doesn't like to clean up after himself.

Yes, it works, but be prepared because it's gonna get messy in there. Always stir your eggs, break the yolk up thoroughly so it explodes less. If you don't, this contraption will launch itself, turn over, sometimes even break open and spill it's contents. Wish I were kidding. STIR BEFORE COOKING. 1.5 minutes in a 900 watt microwave works perfect for 2 eggs. Friendly tip for cleaning microwave ovens: heat a glass of water to a boil and let the steam loosen all the baked on food , then wipe away.

Works really great. I love them. Easy to clean and much faster than getting out a pan to cook my eggs.

I love to make breakfast sandwiches but hate frying eggs. Voila--problem solved! These things are great. Perfect fried eggs in less than a minute. If you like your eggs over easy, I recommend 45 seconds rather than the minute they say on the instructions. Clean up is a breeze as well. I also recommend a quick spray of nonstick spray as well, but if you forget it's not a big deal. Highly recommend!

Works very well, quick and easy to use and easy to clean. Would have appreciated some information on length of time to microwave for soft or hard egg yolks.
