Perfect for my Sensory Seeking Son
Finally decided to make the investment and purchase this for my level 2 autistic son. This is high quality, soft, and stretchy. My son is 5 years old, weighs about 50lbs, and is very tall for his age. I think the price is too steep, but that just goes hand in hand with purchasing equipment or items intended for children with special needs. The instructions were clear so it was easy to put together. It also comes apart easily and comes with a carrying case for easy storage.

My kid LOVES this!
I was hesitant at first because it’s got such a hefty price tag and is so big. But I am thoroughly impressed. Little loves it and spends time in it every single day. Mostly after nap time, but sometimes just in it to destress, centering after too much stimulus and just having fun. It feels very durable. I check the screws on it sometimes to make sure they’re staying tight. I’d suggest making that a practice every couple months or so, just all the bouncing probably. I’ve never encountered a super loose screw. Just when it starts to loosen. The fabric is sleek and smooth. I wouldn’t put Velcro in it at all, I think it would snag it a bunch. But Little loves it and has had many comfortable days playing and hanging out in it.

Love love love
Love love love. Did I say love. My three special needs children play in this all day every day. They can sit for hours or they can jump the night away. A little tricky to put together but was easy once I figured it out. Well worth the investment.

Good company to buy from
Update:I just received material replacement and a sweet card from the company. I wasn't expecting this and I thought I'd have to jump through hoops they seen my comment and took it upon themselves to fix the issue, which was great!. I do still think stuff geared towards Autistic kids is highly overpriced and most of us parents can agree, but this company has shown up and went beyond expectations to fix an issue. If you can afford the price tag it's a good company to buy from and my kids do love playing on it.We received this and have not had it up very long. Not even two weeks, and the threads are already coming undone. It's bad enough people mark up products that they market towards ASD kiddos and other medical needs to where it's almost impossible for the average parents to get their hands on things like this. $500 is pretty steep to pay and the threading is already coming undone with normal wear and tare.My twin 3.5 yr olds both ASD kiddos loves this cuddle box. Do I think it's way over priced for what it actually is and feel it's way marked up using childrens disabilities and parents desperation as a selling point YES!

A cool idea but expensive and fragile.
Five hundred and fifty dollars. For a metal frame that needs to be completely disassembled to wash the fabric. Fabric which tore after a month of use. I wish my wife had told me sooner that it broke while my daughter was playing with it so that I could have returned the product.

Lifesaver!
I have a 4 year old brother who has autism as well as other mental disabilities. His sensory needs are incredibly high and before we bought this box for him he was incredibly aggressive. He was bitin, hitting, and pinching constantly. But now he has a way to get that intense vistibular movement and is so much less aggressive. Him and his older brother play in it everyday without fail. I can't imagine how different our lives would look if we didn't have this incredible box. It has a permanent place in our living room. It's a tad difficult to build and wash but it's so incredibly worth it! To anyone who has children with sensory needs, YOU NEED THIS! I know the price can be daunting but I promise it will pay it's worth and so much more in your child's happiness.
