All well, no complaint with the product! I enjoy the Microsoft Surface range! Upon purchase I was not offered the "Microsoft Complete Protection Plan" despite being directed to Amazon from the Microsoft website. How can I avail of the extended warranty / accident cover?

no doubts its good to have it for the heavy loads

I'm using the surface laptop studio for my daily work. This device is not even close to worth the price. Cons: 1. 11th Gen Intel chips are basically power-hungry and they are terrible heat management. The device cooling system does a good job of dealing with that heat. But it will end up with high fan speeds + low battery performance. 2. Windows 11 is a half-finished OS everywhere full of inconsistency. 3. Touch screen is basically useless. You cannot use this device as a tablet because it is too heavy and bulky. The pen is relatively useful. 4. Cannot believe 2022 and in this price range, there are still hardware issues. Check Reddit for common problems, the device randomly stops charging. You have to finish all the batteries and they will start to charge again. No proper solution. 5. Mediocre screen resolution due to touch screen. Mediocre sound. 6. Touchpad is good to compare to other windows devices, but it is not even close to Mac touchpad accuracy. You cannot design, or create content without a mouse. 7. Call center, help center in UAE worst. I wouldn't suggest this device for professional use. Just go for a mac. edit: -this device is literally a waste of money. within 1 year all the rubber feets started to fall off and guess what no replacement part for it. Amazon's service is amazing they helped me to solve all of my problems.

I love this laptop. It's so sauve, futuristic, even my picky sheeple BIL was impressed with it, I just have a complaint: bad battery life. I got the i5 (which i super regret, I actually accidentally ordered this as it was in my cart and went with it but I really wish I got the i7) so perhaps that could contribute to the battery life, but seriously it doesn't last at all, like I am a college student and I can recall an 11 am class to 3:15 class after fully using it with PPT and OneNote and internet searches on Firefox it gets to 20-30~ from just that after fully charging it overnight. The charger I feel is also kind of sensitive to damage and sometimes it jsut doesn't charge idk why lol., But the screen is GREAT, I think the brightness is fine and I love the hinge component. I just wish i could trade in for an i7 or even i9 if its available.

How possible sell as new something renewed or second hand???

Tengo un año con mi laptop, la uso para trabajo y aún se siente como nueva.

Muy rápida y eficiente, no me puedo quejar. La mía llegó con teclado en Inglés pero como la uso casi todo el tiempo con un teclado externo blue tooth, sin problema.

I have several Microsoft Surface Book 2 laptops with both Windows and Linux, and I now am slowly switching to this Laptop Studio for my work. I'm a software developer so need something very powerful, and this machine is able to keep up. I don't love that it only has two USB-C ports, but I also have an older upgraded Power Supply which allows me to connect to a monitor, USB-3, Ethernet, etc. That's a pretty essential upgrade. Other than that, I run all kinds of heavy development utilities on this thing all day long without any major problems, both in Linux and Windows. And it's (relatively) light and modern-looking, so I don't feel embarrassed among all the Apple people.

As far as I know know it works greats.
