Incredibly useful
Bought this for my HP Envy X360 which has only one USB C slot - which I like to connect to a portable display which does not charge the laptop unfortunately. This little piece of wire works perfectly with the laptop paired with a 65W USB C charger. So I can now get rid of the power brick that came with the laptop. I still need a USB C charger but I've got enough of these lying around and in my bag when travelling. It's a shame that laptop vendors do not provide this kind of connector in the box.

Don't buy this advice, especially for people at work
A terrible shopping trip I thought would solve my laptop's big, bulky adapter that would allow me to travel and work with less burden and he would only make me happy for a week and then stop working, whenever it broke down and he stopped working during my working hours so I couldn't finish my hands I'm not happy that I have to run back to my heavy adapter!

Works for my projector, but needs a power source strong enough
Worked for me. Been using it on my projector Xgimi Mogo Pro. It does need a USB plug sourse strong enough to power/charge it though (use a Nintendo switch plug). Normal phone charger won't work.didnt have luck with powerbank either but maybe would work if I had one with higher output.

Works perfectly with my TS100 Soldering iron
Bought this little adapter to give me some flexibility and options, I didn't want to mod my iron and replace the DC jack, this item fits perfectly and can be powered by my HP laptop charger and my dock! happily heats to over 330c for my soldering. Highly recommended!

Doesn't charge HP Envy 360x
This product doesn't work for HP envy 360x. When plugged in the power is unstable and will cause screen to flicker and blackout lots. We only managed to get it to work on a relatively small powered laptop that is used for word processing only. The price may be attractive, but it is just that, cheaply made and not fit for purpose.

It really does work
I really didn’t expect this to work with my cheap and cheerful small notebook. It works well (with the Anker Nano II 65w) and is no different to the notebook’s regular power supply.
