Quality product and Good price
excellent product. All specifications same as description.although refurbished but looks like brand new. Only my problem was windows 10 pro installed instead of 11.the sellar virtually contacted me and supported me online and installed windows 11.i highly appreciate.

SSD ISSUE
After 20 days SSD is not being detected in the laptop. On turning on the laptop screen, the screen of No boot device found and media test failure appears.Can't even reset because there is a fault in the SSD.

Good Product by Dell, but the seller is not the best
I bought this laptop from this seller in Feb 2020 it worked well but i recebtly upgraded my laptop nvme ssd, the official supported nvme here is a size 2280 nvme ssd but the one i had in the laptop was a lot smaller than that and to fit the smaller ssd the seller had used double side sticky tape which is not a standard OEM practice. My only comment to the seller is to be honest with buyers about the non standard parts and if the buyer still buys then thats a ok deal, but dont sell products as new when youve actually changef internal components.

Product is high Quality
This is my second time buying from Pcmart, and both of the items didn't disappoint me at all, it actually more than I expected, the way they renewed the items is amazing! It feels like i bought a brand new! PLUUUSSSS the customer service is super helpful! I will surely buy again. make sure you purchase it with them cos i have tried other sellers but the quality is pretty much far from them. Thanks Pcmart 😇
