Scholastic Savage Stone Age

I know it is the Savage Stoneage but this is pretty gruesome in places. Some interesting facts, a lot of hypothesis and some pretty grim details.

Great books. Bought this to complement school topics.

Interesting book for additional information for children studying the Stone Age

Whilst I understand that these books are targeted towards children, I actually really enjoyed the read. I thought it was a delightfully light alternative to text book reading, full of witty anecdotes about palaeolithic life, and entertaining comparisons to modern day existence. A really great way to get kids (of any age!) interested in history.

My 11 year old son loves these books. They are also really good for learning. My 8 year old has started reading them too.
