I have macular degeneration and these are the ones recommended by my eye specialists. I have been taking them for several years and my eyes are stable.

Product could use larger print on the bottle as to when to take servings. Gels iinside with oblong shapes are easy enough size to swallow. Too soon to know if effective and for what. Because of product specs and fact that a unique form of the most important combo is used, this product seems to be ok to help prevent cataracts and not just AMD. Many seniors in USA are deficient in copper and other minerals given in the product in amounts that for most people are safe.

Started taking this for my eyes. Was having to get shots for a while but it has gotten better. No shot in about a year not saying it's because of the supplement but my eye doc recommend them. Easy to swallow no taste or upset stomach size verses cost is good.
