Petstages Catnip Pet Shaker

I bought this and I thought that nothing much was coming out of the top when I would try to sprinkle it on my cat and his toys. It does come out very finely, as it is ground down for a cat, so they don't come on the sticks in other catnip's. I use the middle sized while to sprinkle catnip, because it comes out a bit faster. For those of you having trouble with getting the catnip to come out: Make sure that the plastic tab that you pushed in, to open the bottle, is not holding the catnip back, as it likes to do sometimes. Also, try shaking it up really well if you think it's clumped together. It shouldn't be clumping together, though. That would lead me to believe that somehow, moisture got into the container. Also something to note: The catnip soaker will not feel heavy or full. It will feel pretty empty, but there are actually several doses of nippy for playtime!!! My cat actually gets playful or high and sleepy from this catnip. I like that!!

My cat loves this catnip and will lick the top of the container to ask for it which is adorable. The container is sturdy and the catnip is ground very finely. For this reason it is great to sprinkle on soft cat toys but may not be the best for corrugated cardboard scratchers where the catnip can fall through to the floor. For those who have trouble getting the catnip out I would suggest giving the container a good tap on the floor or other hard surface to loosen the finely ground flakes.

This product is not messy like other catnip products.

I bought 2 of these. The product is good- if you could just make sure that EVERY shaker can is filled to whatever they decide is full. The 1st can lasted about a month. The 2nd shaker can was so nearly empty I couldn't get any out of it except a tiny amount. So upset as I had already bought the huge jar of "catnip" which was nothing but weeds or lawn clippings- she showed no interest. This is a good product- IF YOU CAN GET A CANNISTER THAT HAS SOME IN IT! Amazon!!! you are really slipping!

My cat loves this. I sprinkle it on her mini condo and she rolls all over it.

I find this product to be fresher in the can, but my main reason for liking it is it does not have the sharp sticks like in regular catnip.One of my cats had gotten a sharp stick into her gums and it was costly to have the vet take it out. Petco had it but the next time they didn't carry it anymore. I love shopping with Amazon because so far I have been able to get whatever I need.

I love this catnip for Pounce and Purrsnickitty. It has no sharp sticks or buds. it's just fine for shaking on their toys after I wash the toys. I can shake it on a mat and they like to roll on it.

My cat loves this, however, the last container didn't seem to have much inside. It was empty very quickly.

Not so reactive on my persian cat . May some issue with product or my cat is to lazy

My babies are quite get high when I sprinkle this on their toys. 😄

Kitten doesn't care at all for it. Maybe it's mint and not cat nip?
