Let's get the worst part out of the way first: It can be confusing to figure out how to use this right out of the box. Get the NuMi phone app and buy some basic snacks (veggies, nuts, cheese) to fill in the gaps between the four daily servings in the kit. From there the daily eating list in NuMi is pretty easy to follow. The good part is that this works for me. I've done the 7 day kits a few times and lost 4-5 lbs every time. The meals generally taste pretty good and most importantly they make you feel full. I never felt like I was starving. The system is good at teaching eating discipline and if you come away with a sense of how not to overeat then it's easy to continue losing or maintaining weight with regular groceries afterward.

Was happy to find a reasonably priced week long shelf stable Nutrisystem kit on Amazon. The food is decent with a good variety and is a great way to kickstart a diet or supplement a current eating plan. I supplement the 3 meals and evening dessert provided with a fruit cup for breakfast, a Nutrisystem shake for an afternoon snack and a side of veg for dinner. So easy and convenient - highly recommend!

I like the food regardless of processed ingredients. It is expensive.

Nutrisystem products are very good. have already lost some weight

I received my package today and it was missing a meal. Amazon said to contact Nutrisystem. I called, and it isn't easy to find which option to select for a problem with your shipment. I finally picked 1, to speak to someone about my auto-orders, thinking they would be able to forward me to the right people, since I don't have auto-order on this or an account with them. Pressing 1 did get me to someone who would handle a problem with an order. She asked for my order number, wait... address, then wait,... name, hmm, can't find you... This went on for a while so I finally asked are you going to be able to replace a missing unit from the package or should I just return it all and order another one? She said that's what she was checking on, to see if she needed to set me up an account with them so she could mail the replacement. At that point, I felt like they were just trying to get my information to setup an account there. I ended up telling her I would just return it all.

All of the food in my shipment smelled like detergent or some sort of cleaner. The box that the food was in was fine, no smell and no signs of an adjacent pkg in the delivery van that could have leaked. I washed off the packages hoping that would solve the problem. It did take the odor off, however, the food tastes like detergent. Totally grossed out. Not sure what happened, but I'm definitely throwing the rest in the trash. What a waste of money. Will be asking for a refund.
