A bit bulky but easy to install and use
This is the 11-stage RO filter setup with UV sterilization and alkaline remineralization stages. Everything is pre-packaged in a way to ease installation but kind of a pain if you're planning to add a permeate pump or branch out the lines before/after the remineralization stage (to get regular RO water for things like a coffee maker or other cooking needs while getting mineralized water for drinking).Overall, while it's assembled rather well, it's still quite bulky. I was surprised that the 4-gal tank isn't the most imposing component. The 3-stage primary filters at the bottom of the kit dominate the space. The RO, UV, ALK, and PAC units mounted horizontally on top are quite a bit smaller. That said, the entire kit will fit in the cabinet under a common double sink under the one WITHOUT a garbage disposal. If you have a garbage disposal under one sink, space will be tight (at best) on that side so plan to install on the opposite side.I'm pretty bad at plumbing but installation was actually rather easy thanks to most of the work already being done with the 1/4" tubing and quick-connect fittings. It took me MAYBE 90 minutes start-to-finish (plus the fill/flush process afterwards). The hardest part was connecting the tubing to the included faucet which, in hindsight I could have made easier by fishing the tube up through the retention nut, the countertop, the top washer then onto the faucet stem before securing the faucet to the countertop. Instead of the included drain "saddle" I opted for a "Y" tube that fits inline with my dishwasher drain into my garbage disposal - no cutting required.I opted to add a permeate pump, as well. That requires some re-routing of some of the pre-installed tubes but isn't all that complicated once you understand how it works and where each tube comes from and goes to. Overall, that reduces the wastewater by a significant amount (sorry - I don't have before/after stats). It also reduces the total fill time from 2-3 hours to about 35 minutes and makes flushing/priming new filters a LOT quicker.I did have one faulty connection in the system that needed to be fixed and it was one of the factory-installed ones. The "T" that feeds the PAC (the final filter) and the tank wasn't seated correctly and leaked straight away. I simply removed the tube, re-cut the end, and reinstalled it - job done! No leaks of any kind after that.I also opted to NOT physically mount the unit inside the cabinet. I know filter changes are going to be a pain so I simply left it sitting on the bottom of the cabinet with enough slack in the tubes to remove it to the floor in front of the cabinet. From there, I can disconnect all my tubes that go back under the sink and re-work the filters up on the counter or in the sink, as needed. The municipal water supply where I live is actually already pretty good. I just wanted better tasting water. We've used a drip-type filter for a few years and it does an okay job but I'm still finding a slightly "off" taste occasionally. This RO system TOTALLY removes any hint of weird odors/tastes and is better than many bottled waters I've had. Fiji is as close as it gets.Get yourself a glass pitcher, fill it regularly, and keep it chilled in the fridge. OR get a "T" tap off the feed to the RO faucet and feed it into your in-fridge water supply for the best ice and water you'll ever taste.

I love this filter! Water is crystal clear and tastes great!
Installed this filtration system the other day. The installation was pretty straightforward and easy enough for someone with basic mechanical skills to do. The hardest part is just working under the sink which can make you bend in some weird positions. The drain made a little noise that bothered me at first but I moved the drain saddle further down the drain pipe and that took care of that issue. So far I have had no leaks and the water is absolutely amazing. It raised the pH of our water to 8.8+, which is the highest my tester reads and it removed all chlorine from the water eliminating the smell and taste of city water. We only had 38 psi so I bought the booster pump to increase the pressure of the incoming water to the minimum recommend psi of 40+ which makes the system more efficient and decreases the amount of time it takes to fill the storage tank. This is a high quality product that is well packed and the instructions and installation videos are easy to follow. I would highly recommend this filtration system to anyone thinking of getting one.Update: After installing the booster pump my psi went up to 90, so it looks like it boosts existing pressure around 50 psi. The maximum recommended pressure is 80 psi, so I ordered a pressure regulator to lower the psi to 70. The quality of the water improved with more psi. I got 34 ppm TDS before the booster pump and 14 ppm TDS afterwards. Also it went from taking 2 1/2 hours to fill the tank to 1 hour. The pump is pretty quiet, barely noticeable even up close.

Great RO system for the price
Easy to install and came with very thorough instructions. The water tastes great and the flow is as expected. The main filter housings are a bit difficult to thread all the way on and it took some force to get them to thread all the way to the point of compressing the orings and not leaking at all. I like That there is a leak prevention/emergency valve that cuts off the water to the unit if water is pooling under the sink.

Excellent product. No after taste. Clean water. Kills germs/bacterias/virus
this filter is pretty amazing. It is so good at removing hard water that the water boiler i use does not need to be cleaned even after months of use (no sediments at the bottom). The water has no chlorine taste. The PH is higher than tap water (I have the meter) at 8-8.5PH and the dissolved solids is very low (also have a meter) compared to bottled water and tap water. Because it has an internal bladder that hold i believe 1 gallon of water, you can run out of tap water and still able to drink water from the reservoir. It is very well designed with great quality materials. The UV light kills any remaining germs/bacterias/virus in the water. This is an investment in your health.
