I've purchased this probiotics 7 times now, but I didn't know the strains in these probiotics are really harmful and have limited data on safety for human consumption. Pls do simple google search, you'll get to know. When I had it with meals it reduced my bloating and I thought it was really good and effective but my stools weren't normal (sometimes diarrhea or constipation) and my mother was having rashes on her body as well even though we eat clean, organic, home cooked food and maintain a good healthy lifestyle, it was confusing to us first but when I looked into the reviews and did a research this product was the culprit.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS EVER, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANY SUPPLEMENT, I never thought that even something simple like a probiotics will be problematic and nasty harmful ingredients, they changed their formulation which previously had insecticide strains (mentioned in another reviews) but even the new one is crap!

My experience after using two bottles for 4 months continuously. While it aims to provide relief, its design falls short in several aspects.Firstly, the capsule size is excessively large, making it difficult to swallow. On numerous occasions, I've encountered issues where the capsule sticks to the throat, leading to discomfort, coughing, and even difficulty breathing as it melts and bursts open, releasing its contents into the throat. This discomfort persists for hours, even with plenty of water consumption.I strongly urge the manufacturers to reconsider the capsule size, opting for a smaller, easier-to-swallow design while ensuring the same potency and effectiveness of the bacteria within.Moreover, in terms of effectiveness, I've found the capsule to be inconsistent. While there have been a few instances where it seemed to work, overall, the results have been underwhelming.Additionally, I suspect that in some capsules, the contents are insufficient or lacking altogether, as the effects vary greatly between capsules. This inconsistency raises doubts about the product's quality control and reliability.

These capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste.
