After seeing lot of good reviews I decided to buy the lock. It looks very sturdy and beautiful. There are multiple ways to unlock the door. The support was great and installation was very smooth. Good job done by Kumud in installation. Overall great product and great service

The service technician never arrives till 2/10 and then informs that due to space issue cannot installThe lock. Was very worried. The product is good and commendable., hence wrote to Qubo whose customer service was very accommodative and said in case it does not suit can exchange same. Was feeling relieved.It should be noted by all that I talked to the Customer service of Amazon three timesa) The first one made me hold the line for 18mnts and then cut same.b) The second lady was very very rude and not supportive. Even when I requested her escalate the case to the next level she refused.c) Again called the customer service – a guy picked up and was supportive to understand the issue, however since the lady was has already put some bad mouth on the guy, he agreed to just provide me the customer service numberPlease note as a PRIME customer of AMAZON from day one, I feel very hurt and pained by the attitude of AMAZON customer service.However to my surprise the QUBO service guy was very supportive and understandable and even agreed to exchange, though the next day the technical team came and installed at my risk and cost. The lock is functioning well and I give it 5 star status.One word of caution, while we make big investment through AMAZON be careful, for we cannot expect support from Customer service nor will they help in escalating or taking up the matter further with the seller., even if you are genuine, I was a very loyal customer for AMAZON and still continues, but am very very careful.Wish all the best to QUBO whose product is 5 star and they are supportive of their customers.

This lock does NOT have inbuilt WiFi, nor does it come with a separate WiFi gateway. The product listing falsely advertises WiFi unlock functionality, tricking customers into believing it works straight out of the box.Blatant False Advertising & Consumer DeceptionI purchased this lock based on the promise of built-in WiFi, only to find out AFTER installation that it requires a separate, unmentioned gateway—which is neither included nor clearly communicated. This is a textbook case of false advertising and consumer fraud!Customer Support = ZERO Accountability1. Qubo’s Customer Care is Useless – After realizing the deception, I reached out for help. Their response? Absolutely no resolution, no explanation, and no accountability.2. Amazon’s Customer Support Failed Too – Despite raising this issue, Amazon refused to acknowledge the misleading product description and offered no real solution.You Owe Your Customers an Apology & CompensationI have wasted my money, time, and effort installing a product that does not function as advertised. Qubo and Amazon must take responsibility for this deception!
