Dekorra 108-RB Rock Enclosure Model , Riverbed

Reading some of the other reviews on this had me a bit worried about whether it would cover my full size Savio SkimmerFilter which is 26" x 24" but it does so easily. It seems to be very sturdy but it won't be getting any foot traffic (short of a cat or two) in its current location so I can't vouch for just how tough it would be if it got any abuse. The color is a very believable match to the Midwest limestone we have here in southern Indiana. The value on this was great compared to the other faux stones made specifically to cover a Savio so I'm very pleased.

I needed something to cover a sprinkler system manifold with seven valves on it. It worked perfectly and looks like a real bolder. My family and neighbors couldn't tell the difference between it and real boulders in our landscaping. I poured some river rock around the edges to keep ground squirrels and mice out of it. The walls are roughly 1/2" thick so you lose about an inch on interior width and depth from the overall dimensions, and about 1/2" on height. It is fiberglass so it should hold up well but I wouldn't let anyone stand on it. I put a little pressure on it and it deflected easily. Thought I might break it if I stepped up on it. Kids might be fine...

Perfect for a manhole, the manhole is 23 and 1/2 in and it fits on top of it perfectly, it looks like a real rock, it's looks and feels strong. It came with ancor pegs but I did not ancors it as it's kinda heavy and will stay put.

We ordered this product from Stacks and Stacks, but ended up ordering the wrong color because their ads on Amazon do a terrible job of explaining that the product comes in two colors: fieldstone (almost white) and riverbed (brown/reddish). We wanted the riverbed color, but mistakenly ordered the fieldstone because the pictures aren't obvious and the only distinguishing info is in the product code: the one that ends in 108-FS is the whitish one and the one that ends in 108-RB is the browner/reddish one. Once we returned the wrong color (at our expense) and got the proper one, we're very pleased. We use it to cover the skimmer/filter in our small pond and it matches very nicely with the rocks we've got surrounding the pond. We also ordered the upright companion product that covers the electrical outlet post (about 16" tall) that we use to power the pond pump. These Dekorra products seem well made and they are extremely useful in helping to hide the man-made elements in our landscape. I'd recommend them.

I had a green septic tank cover in the front flower bed of my condo…not a very attractive addition to the landscaping. I hated sitting on my front porch or looking out my front window and seeing it. This covers it nicely and looks like a natural rock that is just poking out of the soil. There are other natural rocks protruding from the earth and strewn about the neighborhood, so it fits right in.

I have a very visible access plate to my in-ground sprinkler system. It's convenient, but unattractive. I checked with my local garden center and they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about "faux rock covers" so I turned to Amazon. I was concerned that it would look fake but, no - it looks pretty darn real and although visible, looks fairly natural. Just be sure to measure for height. Excellent product.

Don't bother with this. I had to return it. It, in no way, looked natural. Way too expensive, too.
