"American Metalcraft", but this product is made in India. Feels like false representation. Was looking for safe cooking surface so went with this, will see how it holds up.

I use it as a lid for my 5 quart Winco mixing bowl. Fits and works perfect.

So disappointing!
From first look, these are cool. But then stop looking, because the quality is…. Missing. Were these made only for display? I’m not sure. I baked with one, it got extremely discolored. The other I just used to serve… pizza! And the server used apparently scratched it, the first use. I mean, I wasn’t cutting the pizza with a knife. Well, easy to clean though. Sadly wouldn’t recommend if you want to use to serve and look nice. At least it held its shape to the heat. I purchased like 5 of these in different sizes and wish I didn’t. I’d probably look for something else.
